Makkah Clock Royal Tower A Fairmont Hotel

This is obviously a beautiful and large hotel. My family had arranged 3 rooms. Two were twin rooms which had just about enough space for 2 people and were well kept. Unfortunately the other one was a king room which was very small for 2 people and the window was very dirty in their room. However the location and service was brilliant. Breakfast had plenty of varied choices and felt well worth it. Staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful, especially Mohamed Hafiz who was incredibly attentive.

Nice people and excellent hospitality. Fast response on our needs and when attending to our challenges. Some improvements to put non smoking signage to avoid people smoking in rooms. We were suffocated of cigarette smells on our room floor. Overall it was a nice and wonderful stay.

This is the most luxurious and elegant hotel ever among many in Saudi Arabia. Coming from South Africa, this is heavenly. Everything is of fineness class. Though it is a place for the rich but the accommodation is very affordable and you get to be treated like royalty as it's name says. The food is fine dining with the most world renowned chefs. A dream holiday you won't regret instead you would recommend to your fellow acquaintances.

Despite that they are busy but the management is amazing the service is good. The place is classy and distinguish. I like the coffee and dates at tge reception.
They sent a very nice box full of delicious desserts, dates and Arabic coffee.
The view is wonderful. The furniture, the carpet and lights is architecture masterpieces.

Hotel location is perfect, near the Haram in the Royal Clock Tower. The room is nice, clean, and cozy. The food is exceptional, we enjoy every meal there esp. breakfast at Mazedar Restaurant. The service can be improved, some of the staff not very nice not helpful. But we met N. Ali, he was very nice and helpful. Overall its a good experience.

A very beautiful hotel with a perfect welcome.
The staff is very professional and very friendly. I would like to congratulate the Housekeeping department for the cleanliness of the rooms and their responsiveness and I thank Mr. Khalid Mr. Naleer and the Supervisor Mr. Tanvir for their professionalism.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff, customer service is impeccable. We were a family of 10 and had no issues - the breakfast in M3 was amazing and Riyas Hussain went above and beyond to accommodate us with our breakfast service

atyaf restaurant dinner, was a very nice experience. The food was amazing plenty of choice from all around the world.

My waiter was amazing in delivering exceptional service and nothing was too much trouble. Shahnwaz and Hamza are an outstanding asset to the restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

one of the servers, Nawaz Ali, makes the best karak chai — make sure to ask for it for breakfast! he had incredible hospitality and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, along with the rest of the severs at the restaurants!

We just enjoyed a delicious supper in the restaurant. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Jameel was so friendly, but most importantly very attentive. This is highly recommended for anyone who wants to do Umrah or Hajj

The guys who cleaned our room were very professional and did a superb job and asked if we needed anything further. This little extra is the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Well done to Masud, Rajab and their supervisor Tufan. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This hotel deserves the full 5 stars… rooms were spacious and comfortable… easy controlled AC and heating panel… room service was always punctual and kind hearted… breakfast was an 11/10 service, from everything being freshly cooked to the waiters accommodating you attentively. Hotel location is convenient to the harram, has a ton of food spots and cafes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who is willing to have a good experience in Makkah

Amazing restaurant for dinner! Food amazing, variety fantastic and also clean! Service is also amazing!!very proud of what we saw here. Jameel attended us very good and Chef Wesson also attended very well!

Rooms were clean and new. The cot beds are small for tall people. Elevators are really busy so better to be on the lower floors. Breakfast buffet at lezzet was really good. Riyas was attentive to our likings and for our four days stay he made sure we had the best chai. Mufiq and Abdullah were the nicest guys mashallah.

I have had an exceptional experience with the staff at this hotel. Specifically the young lady Maha who works in the hotel breakfast buffet. Such a intelligent and welcoming attitude she has towards everyone and very helpful. All the staff are always helpful and always are on top of your requests.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Atayf restaurant in Makkah Clock Royal Tower Hotel and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of dishes, each beautifully presented and flavorful. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. Malek was excellent and provided the best service and the supervisor Hafiz checked in to ensure my experience was top notch. Overall, I highly recommend dining at Atayf restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic culinary experience.

My family stay at Fairmont clock tower hotel was fabulous. The room was clean and stocked appropriately. Topan who is the housekeeping supervisor was gentle with excellent customer service. Housekeeping staff Amin and Rajab were very knowledgeable and helpful and attended to our needs immediately. My stay at this location felt like beyond 5 star due to excellent staff.

Atyaf Restaurant was very good, variety of delicious foods many to choose from, and excellent services too. I will surely come here again. Special recognition to Khairul (staff) for making the experience much meaningful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
