Pullman ZamZam Makkah

Location was great. The view was awesome. Great hygiene. I love the bathroom, shower/bath was clean, it was full with sanitary items and you had everything that you would need. The beds were really comfy to sleep. Alhamdulilah. The food was amazing, the flavour was awesome.

It was also easy to navigate in and out of the hotel.
The staff was friendly, polite and easy to approach, we really loved our stay and will recommend anyone who wants to do Umrah to stay.

The hotel has a remarkable customer service responsible (Mrs. Asmhan), she is beyond the extra mile. She helped me and my family, followed up without being requested to and provided the best experience I wish for.

With that said the hotel staff, restaurant, cleanliness and food are all extremely very good.

I was very pleasant with this booking. Rahaf was very kind of to welcome us it made me and my family feel very welcomed and comfortable.. The rooms were cleaned very well . There was a great view from the windows it was magnificent! The food was delicious and my family and I were very impressed by this hotel! We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman ZamZam hotel we enjoyed it a lot!

Location is the best you can get. We had a view of the Kabba from our room. You can get to the Harram in a matter of minutes.
Breakfast was really good. Staff were helpful and tried hard to help.
There were a couple of issues.
1. The lifts can take while, so be prepared to wait a little at busy times
2. The rooms are comfortable, but dated, they are refurbishing rooms so this should help.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Took the half board option (bfast+dinner) & it’s delicious. Well worth the money we paid.

Only complaint is the lifts from P11 (lobby) to the Haram level a lot is not in service. Hope that they can improve on this.

Other than that, highly recommended.

We are stayed room 1906. Very good cleaning. Excellent behaviour by supervisor Tahir chowdhury. 🤝🤝 good cleaning and care by Arshad and Asaduzzaman.

I love this hotel, i feel comfortable here. A big thank you to Rauabi from the reception team, she’s really amazing, supportive and cooperative. She handled me in a very professional way and finished my check in quickly with a big smile on her face. This is the exceptional service I always expect.
Just one request if they can add microwave in the room this will be perfect.

A very belated review but definitely worth writing about. My family and I (10 people) visited Saudi for our Umrah in November 2023. We booked the Presidential Suite City View and Presidential Suite Partial Kaaba view at Pullman ZamZam Makkah and were provided with exemplary rooms with beautiful views thanks to Abdullah AlQarhi (Front House Manager).

The interior of the hotel is traditional with a modern vibe - beautiful cozy lounge area, snacks kiosk and a taste of the arabic culture with the provision of arabic kahwa and dates.

We booked breakfast & dinner for our stay. Customer service was brilliant and the food was fantastic!! A shout out for the dinner staff at the restaurant who provided a positive dining experience, especially, Mohamed Hussein and Naser in the Dinner Buffet, and their manager, Mai Alotibi.

Would definitely recommend!

Sabug Kagi and Jakir Husain and Shiraj everyday good servicing Pullman ZamZam Makkah. They clean up the room better and provide fast service if we need to add (e.g toiletries) or clean some urgent stuff to ve clean out.

Was there in the third week of February.
Enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent room service and very helpful concierge attention.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are well kept, good furnitures, had a partial view of the Kaaba. The only minus which is not directly linked to the hotwl is the lifts which can be very slow and difficult to access especially when prayer is about to start. Excellent and professional staff that make your stay pleasant.
Overall i recommend the hotel.

I liked my stay in this hotel. the cleanliness is perfect. they cleaned our rooms every day. everything was perfect. No waiting time to take the elevators. I really liked the breakfast. there was all the food. we had a lot of choice. at the restaurant, the staff are friendly and particularly Mr FARUQ who is very attentive with us. we were 5 people including my 7 year old granddaughter. Mr FARUQ was very attentive to my little girl. The welcome, the environment and the staff are perfect. Inshallah I will return to this hotel next year. we feel at home. I say congratulations to all the staff.

Excellent location, right at the door step of Ka'bah. Building integrated with mall and other hotels.
Food is very nice.
Room is clean.
Instead of knocking on door, they should add a tag at the door if want to get the room cleaned.
Access to room floors should be limited with access cards

Excellent service , room number 2131, mr ali Akbas abu baker from room service and mr majid at counter … they were very kind and helpful , enjoyed the stay

As a 5-star hotel, yes it’s definitely luxurious and most importantly best because it’s exactly opposite of Al-Haram. But the rooms are a little bit backdated as per today’s technology. Did saw some cockroaches in the toilet. The breakfast was very good. However their service is slow compared to other 5-star hotels around the globe, I think maybe due to a huge number of guests in the hotel. Anyways, liked and loved the hotel, will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great service! It was a five minutes walk to the masjid of nawabi prayer area. We took breakfast with our reservation. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet and they had so many items. We took our time and enjoyed our breakfast before heading out. Hotel manager Noushad was very friendly and great!
