Mövenpick Hotel Makkah

Great location with direct access to the Kaaba. Room was spacious for 4 beds. Food was delicious with various choices. Definitely worth staying here during our umrah, good services

The service was spot on the customer service was extremely helpful, Hanif from Concierge was very helpful. The client service team will call you regularly to check up on you and ensure your comfort. Hotel furniture and fixtures need and update, I stayed here in 2016 and now in 2024, the furniture and fixtures are the same and a bit old and outdated.

We stayed there for 5 nights and for room service there was Istiak Ahmed a very helpful and generous guy, always available with every stuff you need. We had breakfast and Aminul Islam was our server, he was very supportive and polite, and served with a smile on his face, very good service at M1 restaurant.

The service was wonderful Sufyan Hussain waiter was so attentive and accommodating.

The ambiance was perfect. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the decor was beautiful.

Overall, this was an incredible experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch. I will be back!

Really nice rooms and housekeeping was brilliant (Kawsar Hamid) who did an excellent job throughout our stay.

Receptionist was also very polite (which is rare for saudi), overall a wonderful experience, advice to management is keep rewarding your brilliant staff theyare making all the difference!!

Excellent stay so far. The room is cleaned daily and all in room items are stocked properly. A very clean and beautiful room and hotel environment. Mr. Arif ul Islam, in particular, is extremely helpful.

I absolutely loved the service during breakfast, I was visiting from the US for 5 days. The waiters go above and beyond for you even though it’s a buffet. My favorite waiter was M Shahab and he was so attentive, courteous and went above and beyond for us. The one in charge is Captain Mr arshad and be ensures everyone gets the best quality service, my room number is 2031, very spacious and grate view of the harem. Thanks shahab will be back to hopefully find you here.

Housekeeping is very good. We received our services on time. Bathroom and room conditions are well for living. We really enjoy our staying here in movenpick. Hotel location is very good as well… we impressed their cleanliness. Thank you

Hotel compliance is good. Housekeeping staff Yousuf is very kind & nice guy and check on us regularly for cleaning of the room and in case of need anything. Keep up the good job Movenpick hotel, administration and ground staff.

Had an amazing experience at Al Hajr Restaurant, and on top of that service by M.Shafiq was remarkable. His attention to detail was superb. He really takes care of his guests and serves amazingly.

M Shahab from lunch restaurant Al Firdaus was superb, gave us personal service ,v attentive ,always there to serve.
House keeping was not good in 831 ,manager must look into this , otherwise everything else is good .

Excellent experience of stay near to haram.staff is vigilant and cooperative. Comply with forthwith any requirement. Inspire house keeping department but in M-2 breakfast is excellent but dealing staff is good not excellent they should keep eagle eye on all tables and drill out their duties
