Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel

They gave us a double room instead of a 4 bedroom. But to be honest all the rest erase that. Cleaning all day, breakfast amazing, hotel decorations. All praise to The most High who invited us there. He is the one who deserve all praise.

Great hotel looks stunning. But rooms are very standard and not well maintained.
The walk is around 10 to 12 mins walk. Breakfast is amazing. A must have. Enjoy

5 nights. Amazing rooms ,breakfast, staff so friendly and helpful. Will always choose this hotel for umrah.

Only downside is bit steep to access but only takes few min to haram . Still worth it for such a luxurious hotel

The rooms are clean. They are not cleaned daily though and you have to request a clean, but it's as simple as pressing a button near the entrance to the room. Breakfast is amazing. The only thing is, at the moment with not all the gates open, it's a bit of a walk to haram, and can get tiring going to and from the masjid. (There is a shuttle service, but due to construction doesnt take you all the way to the bottom of the hills). So best to just go and stay for multiple prayers. Special shout out to Mohammed, who looked after our floor, he was great!

This review is for Mahmoud Saleh at the دلل نفسك restaurant. He was very pleasant and helpful. I saw his service with other people before he came to my table. He was smiling, welcoming, and offered great service. I had a few questions about Mecca and the hotel and was able to answer them all. He offered assistance and gave me great recommendations. He definitely made me feel good about being there and I’m glad I got to run into him. Thank you for your service, Mahmoud.

Great hotel:
- Close to the Haram (2 minute walk)
- Good sized room and bathroom
- Friendly staff
- Breakfast had such a large variety of food
- Large lobby with plenty of seating

After from the Masjidil harom, it feels like I should climb up the mountain to go back to the hotel. The hotel location is not recommended for elderly people.
The shower room kinda spacious, and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are ready to use.

Had a great stay at Hilton. Less than 5 minutes walk from Haram. We stayed in a suite for 4 people and room was spacious and clean. Their staff was really good and the food as well. Their breakfast buffet was superb so was the restaurant food. Overall it was a great experience.

Alhamdulillah the hotel was really amazing and the food was brilliant. Brother Muhammad saqib was very good he took care of us and was always available for us thank you kind sir👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Convention Center in Mecca, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and professional staff, starting with Sara at the Hilton Honor desk. She went out of her way to give us comfortable Haram view. The view was spectacular.

The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and luxurious stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sumin at the dining area. He went above and beyond to ensure that our breakfast was not only delicious but also a pleasant experience. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and truly pampered.

The lounge at the hotel also deserves a special mention. The staff and the chef went out of their way to provide excellent menus, filled with a variety of delectable options. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the lounge,

Overall, our stay at the Hilton Convention Center met our expectations.

One drawback of the hotel is the difficulty for wheelchair defendant to access the Haram from the side door. They have to go from the main door which will lengthen the distance.

Managed to get the room at a good rate. Lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. We were fortunate to have a room with a view of the Haraam. Easy walk to the Haraam. Breakfast had a good selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing 8 day stay last week. Everything is pretty much perfect. The haram is only a 5 min walk and you have an incredible view if you’ve booked a suite.

Would definitely recommend the executive lounge the food provided during dinner is great with a different selection every night and for the afternoon they offer a light snack which me and my family really enjoyed. I would like to give a huge thanks to the staff in the executive lounge for giving us a amazing stay, especially Mahmudur rahman who provided great service for us during our entire stay and is really nice and friendly. The managers from the executive lounge Jomar and Abdulaziz who were also very friendly.

Sami at reception is an absolute asset to the hotel. He catered to all our needs and made the stay an unforgettable one. Will not stay anywhere else in the future.

This is my 2nd visit to the hotel.
Mr.Abdulraheem at the reception, took care of our checking in process, which was smooth. Also gave us a higher floor with partial Haram View <<, which made my mom extra happy.

We booked a twin room with breakfast included.
The room was specious, the carpet and furniture were a bit old though , however during my last stay the room unfortunately was too humid

Breakfast is super delicious, both Mr.Khaled Adel and Mohammed mutaz made it extra special by their friendly approach, i had to small funny incident when it came to getting my coffee, likely they noticed that and get me the help i need with my caffeine dose.

All of this aside , the hotel staff location and facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Family with kids between ages 10-1, executive suite. Loved the room itself, has a walk in wardrobe, the little nook in the bedroom looking over the haram was amazing, also a speaker inside the room for the azan & salah & plenty of space for kids to play as we were there for 3 nights. Service was good, housekeeping was friendly & helpful. Location wise if u have very young kids with stroller, it isn't very convenient due to the hilly walk up to the hotel also the escalator doesn't allow strollers, so needs to be folded. If no young kids it's actually a pretty good location, not super crowded like the clock tower. Access directly via haram gates 70-75. Breakfast spread was great even the executive lounge was very convenient because the kids were often hungry and we were too lazy to walk down to the shop areas.

This is a five stars experience by Hilton with all the good things you would expect from the brand. The hotel is busy but the service is fast, people are helpful, room service is modern and quick and of high quality. The breakfast also is at a very good standard with plenty of space and barely no waiting time. Location is perfect to reach the haram in barely 7 min walk from the lobby. The hotel is newly build and everything is on top. It’s hard to say the same for the same Hiltons everywhere but this one did not disappoint. Booking a room with the wonderful view on Masjid Haram is worth it’s unforgettable experience

Staff Abdul Wahab room cleaning service floor 22 the most humble and polite human ever met. excellent services overall only the bus service needs to be improved. no proper bus facilities.

It is a five star hotel
The bathrooms are so good.
Beds need to be a bit lower
The tv is good (I watched goku)
Service was great
The issue is the location because of the uphill climb from the haram to the hotel
Back entrance makes it easy to go to the haram.
The room is for 3 people (2 beds and 1 extra that is paid with the booking). The room size feels like it is for 2 but the size is better than most hotels.

I would just like to say I have had the most amazing experience here. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful clean rooms and rooms facing the haram have fantastic views. The executive lounge and the restaurant serve food with the highest quality and also have staff with extremely amazing customer service.
