Excellent Hotel. Great location. Staff exceptionally helpful. So many of them ready to help, forgot their names. Great breakfast and dinner. Enormous choice.
Presidential suite was in every way Presidential. 2 big rooms, large sitting area, 2.5 bathrooms.
Highly recommend.

It is a super deluxe hotel, that is excellent in everything; suites, cleanliness, all staff, all services & high quality food. Next to Haram.

Best hotel in Mecca that is very near with Masjidil Haram. The service is excellent. The room is big, clean, luxurious. The breakfast had many variations of the bread, and it tasted good. Can even request coffee menu. Worth every penny. If I can make a suggestion, maybe security can have upgrade in their service.

I personally loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay here. It was very neat and organized. Their hotel stuff had an amazing service like restocking the toiletries consistently. The buffet had really nice choices as well as freshly made food right in front of you. The location was just wonderful right in front of the Kaaba. The manger Mohammed Atta was very helpful to me and my family and treated us to the utmost respect and service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and whoever is visiting Makkah.

Great hotel. The staff are amazing and friendly (Abdullah, Vaseem, Ismat, Rana, Mostafa and many others). The breakfast buffet leaves nothing wanting - you can get pretty much anything.

But the best part is the location - it can't be beat. The views of the Haram, Jabal al-Nour, and broader Makkah are stunning. And even with all of the excitement of the pilgrims around the Haram, once you are back in the hotel, a quiet calm pervades.

Definitely coming back here if I am blessed to be back in Makkah.

Beautiful hotel, right at the door step of Haram. Have an in-built mosque as well that looks over the Haram on the podium level. Stayed 3 nights; loved everything about the place!

Al’hamdu’lillah Excellent Stay. I booked presidential and signature suites. We stayed for 7 days. Both was spacious and luxurious look. We had Haram view from our suite. Friendly , good and helpful guest service. Our Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. Variety spread of buffet breakfast.
In’Shaa’Allah will come back again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Raffles Makkah. The service was exceptional, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. We stayed at the hotel 1 week ahead of Hajj and everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to Al-Haram. Alhamdulillah for every moment in Al-Haram and may Allah accept our prayers.

Excellent breakfast, amazing service and very clean rooms. My only concern was the shower! It was the shower with no room and open to the toilet seat. I would recommend they close it

Every time i go to Makkah this hotel is my top choice because of the top notch service and the true class of the hotel which can be felt when you enter the lobby and the welcome you receive from the hospitable front staff. Special mention goes to the restaurant manager Ayub and the chef Ali Asgar who always work hard to go over and beyond to cater to our needs whilst maintaining absolute professionalism. This hotel and especially the Al Qasr restaurant has become a home away from home and the restaurant staff are truly apart of my Makkah family who its always a pleasure to see.

One of the best hotels in the haram area.
Location and distance to haram is amazing. Speedy lift within the hotel and dedicated raffles lifts to get you to the Haram ASAP.

Very warm welcome from the security every time plus enjoying cold zamzam or fresh Qahwa and dates on the door was a real treat every time.

Special mention to Saqib (butler) who greeted us always with a smile and ensured a fabulous stay. A daily delivery of fresh Bakhlava was a treat. He brought my daughter a cake to surprise her when we were leaving.

Breakfast was lovely and we tried the dinner buffet on a few nights, food was fantastic however very pricey.

The creamery is also a nice place to visit for snacks etc.

Overall an Amazing experience in the most amazing place on earth.
