I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Al Falah Journey transportation company, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I had the task of organizing transportation for a group of seven passengers, which included elderly people, kids, and a baby child, from Jeddah International Airport (Terminal 1) to our hotel in Makkah, then from the Makkah hotel to our hotel in Madinah, and finally from the Madinah hotel back to Jeddah International Airport (Terminal 1).

From the moment I contacted Al Falah Journey, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident. Mr. Adil and Mr. Kamran, the individuals responsible for facilitating all the transfers, were incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. They were always available on time, ensuring that our journey was smooth and stress-free.

One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the fleet of vehicles provided by Al Falah Journey. They offered us Hyundai H1 and Staria vans, which were not only comfortable but also spacious enough to accommodate our group and all our luggage, including small and big-sized items. Additionally, they the vehicles were big enough to accommodate a baby stroller and a wheelchair, which made traveling with our little ones and elderly family members much more convenient.

Apart from the excellent transportation services, Al Falah Journey also assisted us with obtaining Umrah Visas at market rates. This added convenience made our overall experience even more satisfying.

Throughout our interactions with the company, we were met with a friendly and professional attitude from every person involved. The drivers were not only skilled and experienced, but they also showed great care and consideration for our group, always ensuring our comfort and safety.
