stayed here for 10 days. the staff were very nice. breakfast were delicious. extremely close to haram. my complaint are room a bit small for 4 people. one of the bed was squeaky. other than that it was a lovely stay!

Excellent experience Alhamdulillah. Really at zero meter distance from haram. Extraordinary luxury suite we got. Two rooms' suite, two washrooms, each bed had a side lamp with switch at bedside, 3 sofas, excellent view of ghar-e-hira, despite the room was not in a category of Kaba view we were able to see Kaba from windows. All pur tiredness vanishes by looking the luxury room. Fast lifts. No issue of overcrowding of lifts at salah time. Amazing market with unexpected reasonable prices just at the 1st floor of the hotel. Excellent restaurants at 1st floor.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The double rooms are spacious, very well lit with several lamps and light switches every where. There was a kettle, a minibar, free coffee, creamers, sugar, water, tea, glasses and plastic as spoons. The minibar was empty with a freezer. There was a big dresser, a closet, and TV. There was a coffee table, a chair and an armchair. There was a prayer mat and 2 holy books as well, a small one and a big one. The toilets were clean, the toiletries were various and there was plenty of them; 2 shampoo tubes, 2 conditioners, 2 shower gels, 2 toothpastes with toothbrushes, a shaving kit for men, a sanitary bag for women, a shower cap, and 2 soap bars and they were reimbursed daily, beside 4 towels.
The water flow was wonderful whether in the shower or the sink or even the toilet. The toilet paper and the box tissues were enough. There was also a line to hang wet towels as well as a hairdryer and a zooming mirror.
The location was 100m from the mosque. The view from the rooms was right on the mosque and Kaaba.

Dar Al Eiman Royal is one of the best hotel to stay if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Makkah, In terms of services it is one of the best hotel but really cheap in rates as compared to other zero meter five star hotels. I always suggest my clients to stay in this hotel if they are looking for a comfortable option for their family.

Excellent Staff. Excellent service. They allowed early check in as my mum was disabled and very tired. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent clean spacious rooms with nice views. Very close to Maajid Al Haram. I will return again to this hotel. 5*****

We arrived here and had an issue with dates and were quickly and easily accommodated. Many thanks to Hasan (day shift manager) and also Yasser (Night shift manager). We were also sent some fruit to our room as a kind gesture and given discount on our next stay. Highly recommend. Amazing experience and great location.

One of the best hotel, about a minute walk to the kabah from ground floor of hotel, its inside a shopping mall which gives easy access to buy food and gifts,
The shower in bathroom is old would be better if they added a detachable spray

Absolutely amazing service by every person working there that we met. The location was simply perfect. 2 min walk till King Abdul Aziz gate. View of the Mataf and Kaaba,
Azaan and Salat were directly in the room which was part of the Haram so one can join the Salat in the room. If you can afford it , go for it. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

Really good experience with the management and staff at Dorrar Aleiman Royal Hotel. In particular Masud in baggage services and Anwar in house keeping were excellent. The hotel is old and dated BUT the service received from everyone was second to none.

Spacious room, comfy bed, good amenities and great location. Still within the masjid's perimeter and clock tower complex so it's easier to navigate. Near to the masjid's main entrance to get to the Kaaba and the ramp to 1st floor Thawaf area, recommended for the elderly or those with wheel chair. If you're too tired to walk, there's a dedicated floor inside the building facing the masjid where you can still follow the main congregation for the fard prayer. There's a shopping arcade underneath the hotel as well. Food was great 👍. The building is located next to the main road so it's easier to get to the bus or to get a taxi.

Really enjoyed our stay. Note that if you want to avoid heavy crowds go at least 30 minutes early for prayer and wait 30 minutes after prayer to return to the hotel. We found taking the Safa bridge to the right as you head out of the hotel to enter the Haram through the entrance to Sa'i was much calmer, less crowded. If you have an elderly person or wheelchair there is an elevator as well as escalators if you follow the path under As-Safa bridge. There are also escalators in the square extension to the right of King Abdul-Aziz gate.

It was amazing staying there. Very clean and cooperative welcoming staff. I think the fridge needs to be a bit better but overall I am very happy with my stay there. Many thanks!

The only hotel here with 5 beds in a huge room. Very close to Haram. Breakfast food ultra delicious

everything perfect it just about the free wifi, they didnt give the password at our card room hm kinda sad..need to buy simcard with only 4gb of internet to survived 12 days at arab hm

Cooperative receptionists with smile and warm welcome, great location opposite alharam and above the market and hospital.

The hotel is second to none in terms of location to the haram. Facilities are excellent. Staff are helpful and responsive. Lifts are plentiful so you're not waiting around at salaah time. Abraj mall under the hotel has lots of food places and other shops so you're not easting time going to get things. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good views of haram. Alhamdulillah we got 3 rooms together with connecting doors which made it really easy with parents and children.
Special thanks must be given to Hasan (Guest Relations) as he went above and beyond in helping us. Any issues we had we knew he was a mere phone call away to help us sort it out. I stayed here 3 months ago with friends and returned again with a family of 13 because of the excellent service we received from hasan and the hotel. Would try to stay at this hotel next time for sure and would be the first hotel i recommended in Makkah to anyone else.
