Le Méridien Makkah

It has the perfect location and great hospitality. Room service is top notch. Everything was 10 on 10.
The only bad thing I could find was that one of the king sized beds had 2 single mattresses laid on it instead of a 1 king size mattress, which was a little strange for me.

Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this to everyone. For me, the location is even better than other frontline hotels because it has direct access to the road and is a few feet away from all the hustle & crowds.

Very nice hotel, the location is ideal just a 3 min walk to King Abdulaziz gate. Rooms are well maintained and the breakfast is very nice too.
Mohamed Baygad staff of housekeeping is very helpful and always serves with a smile.

A very convenient hotel to serve the purpose. Very clean , good food and good services provided. However, following things need to be improved further :-
1. The bath tub drains in room 904 which I stayed and room 1317 where my wife stayed were partially clogged. So were other rooms where our friends stayed. The maintenance team must carry out their tasks and upgrade their services.
2. At one time the stinking ' black water' from sewage tanks overflowed on the road infront of the hotel. Jemaahs walked over the dirty water when going to masjid and when returning from the hotel. This is ridiculous and not right.

Loved their breakfast and quick shuttle service to Haram. Room service is also very good. There is a market also on the M floor where you can do shopping.

Food served at the lvl 21 restaurant was excellent, for both iftar and sahur.

Room service staff at lvl 10 was exceptional.

Would love to stay again in the future.

Arguably the best hotel in Makkah!

Only a shuttle bus away from the entrance to the Haram, it’s a beautifully decorated hotel that is literally built like an apartment for your comfort!

Good location, within walking distance to Masjidil Haram. Breakfast buffet spread is good, lots of varieties and choices. Staff service was great, Alhamdulillah. Overall, a good experience, staying here.

Close to the Haram. close to food, great staff. especially Kawser who was responsible for room service of our floor. Immediate answer when we had a concern regarding no hot water in the bathtub.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Makkah during my recent umrah trip. The room, albeit smaller than the usual Le Meridien standard, had all it needed to make it a perfect stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Their service was wonderful too. Location is excellent, one of the closest to Masjidil Haram. Overall, highly recommended.

Salamualyakum dear Brother and sister, I stayed in Le Meridien for seven days and I had the Most beautiful time ever. It is very close to Masjid al haram (100 Meter) and very convinient.
The stuff was also very nice. I have to mention one Person in particular: Mr. Yassine.
He was so friendly and helpful!

If you're planning a trip to Masjid-il Haram, I recommend for you to stay at the Le Meridien. They staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Variety of food options are available. The masjid on the top floor makes it very convenient to pray while facing a beautiful panoramic view over the City center. Rooms were also clean. Definitely the value worth your money! Special thanks to Moussa, Abdurrahman and Youssef.

Excellent hotel; genuinely give it 10 out 10. Close to the haram, extremely tidy and well kept. Staff were fantastic, especially the Bengali room cleaners. The receptionist gave us free breakfast for the duration at the stay. I come for umrah on a yearly basis, going forward this will be the hotel I only use whilst at makkah. Thank for your excellent service.

Amazing hotel and it was located very close to the Haram. Excellent rooms, excellent service, and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend you stay here if you’re coming in for Umrah.

Close location 5 min, cleaning and service is good. Best thing is the restaurant and thier breakfast . Very helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant they deserve 5 star👏 .

Excellent hospitality. Nihal from guest relations went above and beyond. Chef Shaban made a custom soup for my ill son. Servers Yahya and Ammar were great too.

Very nice hotel and 2 minute walk to king abdul aziz gate very nice breakfast and let me check in early very helpful and kind staff.

After reading many negative reviews, I was skeptical of staying here. But I was so glad that I did stay here for the reasons below:

1. Much more affordable than other options.
2. Very close to the Haram. 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on the crowd.
3. Clean room.
4. Prayer room option.
5. Good food.
7. Great customer service from everyone.

Even though I was there from 24 to 26 of Ramadan, which means extremely crowded.... the staff was very helpful and polite. I am definitely going to stay here again.
