Conrad Makkah

This was the first time I did not stay in the clock tower and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the staff was great
and super helpful. They provided fresh squeezed juices for breakfast. It's super close to gate 79 and I can see my hotel as I am walking back. The elevators were very quick during the time I stayed. The hotel is also attached to Jabal Omar mall which has great options for food and gifts.

Great accommodation, steps from the Haram. The room quality is definitely a step up from neighbouring hotels. Bathroom was also great, specious and well designed. Would have had a fantastic view but unfortunately no one seems to clean the windows so it’s a bit difficult to see out - definitely something that needs attention to. Staff were great by and large, although check in was a bit chaotic and it was disappointing that despite asking and being advised of arrival time the room was not ready for more than an hour after our arrival. Room service had a good selection and food was tasty and came quickly. Would highly recommend

recalling the remarkable experience I had during my stay at Conrad. We received a warm welcome from Hassan Ali at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Ahmed, who helped us with our luggage, was exceptional in his service, making us feel pampered in every way possible. The manager for Hilton honours, Mohammad Ali, ensured that we were checked into the best room available. I must also give a special mention to the staff at the breakfast hall who served us with the most delicious food, making our mornings even more memorable. Conrad has truly become my home away from home, and I am grateful to the staff for giving us more than what we could ask for.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. We are a family of four. The room was big enough for us to keep our luggage and also move around. The bathroom was pretty large and well maintained. We had a great time in this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is close to the haram. I would stay again here. The reception service is a bit slow but it was not that bad. Overall a great place to stay.

Calm, clean and elegant.
Very warm and friendly staff, starting from the security man, welcoming us with warm prayers , the polite reception, the reception also at the lounge and chef Mohammad.

Honestly the best hotel I have stayed at - the service was unmatched!! The rooms were HUGE, and the people were kind. Best hotel in Makkah .. we had 17 rooms and everyone was so so happy here. The cleaning staff call and check on you and everyone just cares so much

Amazing Breakfast. Very Convenient location. Spacious rooms with Haram view. Well designed washroom. Very caring and professional staff with excellent customer service. Would love to stay at this place in future too.

I want to highlight the excellent service of this hotel. The staff, specifically our housekeeper, Nisar, did a very great job with housekeeping. He was always prompt and always attended to us whenever we needed towels, blankets or any other necessities. Great service and definitely would recommend! Keep up the great work Conrad!!

I would like to commend Shaheen (room service personnel for room #507) for his exemplary service. He was extremely friendly, professional, and paid close attention to our preferences and requests. He went the extra mile to accommodate all of our needs.

I literally think this is the best hotel in Mecca, in regards to room size, services provided and value for money

I really enjoyed the access to executive lounge. I don’t even need to buy lunch and dinner because I have it all and it comes with same price I paid for my room.

The only downside is the internet service but am sure they will work on it. Also they can add more options for the breakfast buffet. Other services make up for these shortfalls. Putting into mind that know hotel is perfect.

Great location, proximity to Haram and easy access. The staff members are incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Loved the breakfast buffet and evening dinner options.

While waiting to check in I met Imam Hossain the concierge staff who was incredibly friendly and helped manage the load of luggage’s to and from the room. It was a breeze.

Met Sajib the friend staff in room service kept up with all the requests we had from 3 x rooms that we booked from 6 people that we stayed.

One of the best 5 stars hotels we have ever stayed. Conveniently located very close to Kabah which made our umrah easy to perform. This hotel is connected to other 5 star hotels, retail stores and restaurants and they can be reached by walking. The staff of Conrad from reception personnel to restaurant employees, housekeeping staff, security guards are very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were their preferred guests. We strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet is awesome. We loved it. We plan to stay at Conrad in near future.

Amazing hotel. Very close to the haram. Could see the king fahd gate from the window so it was a brilliant view. Breakfast had a large range, for lunchtime there were sandwiches so we used to eat out as it was not filling. dinners were good as they had biryani, hummus, vegetables, desserts. The room was very very clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and big. Large wardrobe space which can fit in suitcases. Food places in the same tower. Staff Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again

The rooms in the hotel were absolutely amazing. It was spacious, comfortable, elegantly designed and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a comfortable bed, a large TV and a clean, well-equipped bathroom. Additionally, room service was prompt and courteous.
