Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness was perfect, with every corner meticulously maintained. The furniture, beds, and mattresses were of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the toiletries provided were perfect, adding a touch of luxury to the experience.

Moreover, the breakfast offered was delightful. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, which paired perfectly with the delicious cookies provided. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is great to stay with the excellent service we got and cooperative staff, although the hotel is a bit far from Haram but the hotel has shuttle buses every hour to/from Haram. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of varieties, the superior room where we stayed was spacious, it has a large double bed and a sofa bed, and it it can also fit an extra bed if needed. The room is clean and has all amenities like an iron and table, coffee and tea making utilities, big TV, very good air conditioner, …etc, in brief it was a great stay and we enjoyed it as a family.

We had a wonderful stay in Makkah at this hotel.

1. Loved the welcoming nature of the reception staff and the hospitality of hotel staff. Everyone around went extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

2. The shuttle service provided was okay-ish. The buses ran every hour, and dropped close to clock tower in 10 mins, and a quick 5 mins walk brought us to gate 1 of Haram. The shuttles were mixed in quality - sometimes well maintained, other times old rickety and without ac. One time the driver was stopped by police from taking the tunnel leading to Haram (I guess it was prayer time), and instead of taking an alternate route, the driver asked us to either get down there (3 kms from Haram) or he can drop us back to hotel. Pickup from Haram wasn't at fixed time, 10 mins past every hour was expectation, but sometimes they left early.

3. The rooms were big and spacious. They were clean and comfortable. We had an iron, safe and mini bar (although empty). Hair dryer was provided on request. Sheets were offered to be changed daily. The rooms got a little cold however, even despite switching off the room air conditioner. The rooms were well sound insulated, and there were no noises in corridors and no smokers.

4. The housekeeping and maintainace staff were very courteous and helping.

5. Breakfast buffet was of high quality and had good food options.

6. The hotel is in a good locality. A romansia restaurant next doors offered tasty food options. We had some more small restaurants. We has some shopping malls close by - Top 10, Bin Dawood Mall etc. Easy to get taxis from outside if you don't want the shuttle.

I had a very pleasant stay, and would recommend to others / stay here again myself.

The rooms were very clean. There was room service every day, and if you called the reception from your own room with the phone for anything you needed, they got it in 5 minutes to your room. They were also very modern and luxury.

The staff was extremely friendly and was always ready to help if there was a problem.

The breakfast was nothing special, but it was okay. The advantage of the included breakfast was that you didn't have to go outside to order breakfast, and the breakfast was always warm. The tables and everything were always very clean too.

There was also a very big gym and a space for children. The gym was very clean and there was a separate gym for women and men. The gym for women was smaller than the men's gym, but it didn't matter because not many people use the gym.

Some people are complaining about the shuttle service, but the bus was always on time and dropped us on a perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the entry of the Al-Haram Mosque. And even if it's 5 minutes late because of the traffic, it's literally free, so why complain about it? Better than daily paying a taxi to get you to the Al-Haram mosque.

The manager also paid us a visit when we were checking out, that was very nice too.

PS: If you are searching for gifts or oud, go to the shop of the hotel, it's cheaper than the other shops in the Haram area etc. The shopkeeper is very nice too.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful team of hospitality ( Nougod , layian, bayian, Nabil, fisal ) and the sales team, especially Ms. Arij. everything was perfect ,they were helpful and whatever we need it's done in one minute near to Haram and the pickup bus available all day . Amazing experience here, the staff has been quite exceptional, especially Miraj out front! He’s listened to any concerns I’ve had and quickly had them addressed!

The great mannerisms of the entire staff, and their willingness to listen to me and every member of my family here has truly made this a memory stay.

My second stay here with family in the Superior Guest Room. Not only the two-seater sofa converts into bed but the other single-seater sofa also serves as a sofa-cum-bed. The customer engagement/manager proactively called and checked if we needed anything in the room, any service request was immediately addressed and provided. This is something we've experienced for the first time and quite impeccable. This is one of the best hotels to stay in the holy city of Makkah. Room air-conditioning, cleanliness and comfort all are good as well as the bathroom cleanliness and modern design. Breakfast has variety and I'll rate it 8 out of 10. We can definitely consider staying here again.

The overall experience was excellent, the staff was super sweet got no problem with the communication (English) and the front desk manager Mr. Fahad and the front desk officer Ms. Nouf were super friendly and professionals. The room was tidy and very comfortable. The bus service to Haram was on time and very convenient.

Amazing hotel, outstanding service, frequent bus times to haram, freakishly clean, spacious and neat rooms, the washrooms are also huge, restaurants/cafeteria and shopping centres are very near, wide variety in hotel breakfast buffet.
House keeping guys are also really quick and very professional, they even provided me with a baby crib.
Cab is 15/20 riyals to haram but the bus is frequent enough to avoid cabs and drops/picks from the backside of clock tower. I would really like to appreciate and thank one of the Egyptian bus driver - Mr. Ahmed (I am not sure of the name, he is a bit healthier and fat than the other bus drivers)

If you plan to visit haram only once a day or twice, this is the best hotel you can find.

All in all : The best hotel and budget friendly you can stay in Makkah, if you’re not in clock tower or at the hotels on the frontline of haram, it’s not easy to get a good review from me and if I am writing it, I analysed a lot.

It is a bit far but takes around 12-15 minutes by bus (accurate), so if you’re okay with the bus travel to haram (frequency every 30 minutes they say but it’s almost available all the time or you will hardly have to wait 15 minutes, three buses functioning for this hotel), I think your search for the best hotel in this criteria ends here.

It’s a lovely modern hotel having all the facilities required to make your stay a pleasant one. No doubt the facilities of any hotel are important but having good facilities without well trained staff is futile. The main reason I have stayed at this hotel multiple times is because of two lovely gentleman that go above and beyond, to ensure you have a please stay. These two individuals are Miraj (bell boy) and Masum Rana who is part of the night shift house keeping team. Both are a credit to the team at Park Inn.

The location of this hotel is very good there are many restaurants
around the place no need to worry about food and their free transportation service from hotel to haram to haram to hotel was amazing and not to mention MRS LAILA at the hotel reception was very good. his behavior was remarkably friendly.

Had a great stay with the park inn brother Miraj is awesome he’s been super helpful to be honest this guy really made my stay with park inn way better always there when I need something when you come here check for him

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Parkinn by Radisson makkah aziziya ] and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff. The room was smooth and very beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism displayed by the housekeeping team.

I am currently in this hotel for 3 nights in room 808. I couldnt wait to check out to write the review.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Loved the experience. I saved a lot of money staying in this hotel as compared to staying right next to the haram.

There’s a shuttle provided by the hotel that takes you directly to the haram. It runs every 20 min or so.

There’s a super nice Yemeni bus driver named Majid who provided excellent service. Tremendously hard worker. May Allah bless him and reward him immensely.

The hotel itself is also great. Very clean. Probably better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in despite vacationing in various parts of the US.

I’m not much of a breakfast person so I didn’t add that on. But I did go once and it was pretty good.

I would highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and toilet/shower. Very very clean. Welcoming smiely staff. the location is good, local restaurant is near by (4 min walk) offering different local dishes at a reasonable price. Also a big supermarket. RECOMMENDED

The Hotel is located in the Aziziyah area.
Convenient Shuttle to masjid Al Haram runs every 30 mins from Hotel and from the Bus stop near Haram which is just a 5 mins walk (bus stop near Hotel Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel)
Breakfast is nice but a bit repetitive.
Area is good with al romasiah next door.
Cabs are easily available round the clock for 15 SR for haram can be opted in case the bus is missed. Cab drops in the basement of Haram and just an escalator ride one is in the Haram courtyard.
Rooms are clean and tidy
Good experience and would like to visit again.
