Hotel Elaf Al Mashaer

Amazing service! Tipu and Jamal did a fantastic job cleaning our Suite daily and regularly. Very impressed with the breakfast that was included and will definitely be booking again.

The location is good for families, but the rooms are small compared to other hotels. I stayed for one week at elaf mashaer.. The room service was too good . They were nice, their response was good . The breakfast and food were good. Overall, I had a good experience, but not worth the cost.

The hotel very clean and near from haram. The front desk staff Sari and Duty manager Ibrahim are very professional and accommodating. The cleaning is regular and elevators are very quick. The restaurant has good variety for the price. Overall good and i surely recommend people to choose this property.

Friendly welcoming staff, hotel very clean our room was cleaned regularly. Tea coffee and water replaced and also toiletries .
Location was very good with shops and food available . A big credit to our room cleaner.
Check in and out was easy and quick .

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. Luckily we got the haram view room and the check in was also very fast. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and the breakfast had a very vast variety of items, including fresh cut fruits and juices. All in all would definitely consider for my next visit to masjid al haram.

Family and friends enjoyed their stay here, in 18/10 the only downside is bathroom looking a bit tiring for a 5 star hotel.

But apart from that staff where great, location can't go wrong. Beds where comfortable.

Very good hotel, perfect location 7-8 min walk to the Kaaba. Very friendly staff, especially the cleaners, guards, receptionists.
Good variety in breakfast, menu was suitable for children and adults of most backgrounds. They had eggs, toasts, sausages, fruits, croissants, pastries, yogurts, cereals, tea, porridge, juices and much more.
Rooms have kettles, a weighing scale, iron and iron board, slippers, tea coffee milk, fridge. And the bathrooms were clean with free shaving kits, toothbrush and toothpaste, loofah, soap, shampoo, etc.

Wifi was a little bit slow but they were always happy to help.
They are very hospitable, offering free complimentary coffee and dates to all guests .
Lots of halal restaurants nearby , and a mini supermarket.
I wouldn't mind staying here during the next trip in sha Allah.

My family of four stayed in this hotel for seven days; it was my husband's second time staying in this hotel and highly recommended it for us to try it as a family. The hotel services were exceptional, very efficient and accommodating. For instance, we arrived from Madinah around 2 am and learned that day that it was the first day of Sha'ban and fasting on that day was most rewarding; we kindly approached the reception and inquired if it was even possible to open the restaurant 2 hours earlier (from 6 am to 4 am) the hotel representative Mr. Sari immediately connected with the restaurant management Mr. Sayed and Chief Mr. Ashraf to rearrange the restaurant opening hours for just my family of four to be able to eat and fast that day. Mr. Sayed personally served us delicious breakfast and made sure my family was taken care of as well and Mr. Yaseen the evening restaurant manager, was also very professional and welcoming. Overall, it was an amazing journey to perform Umrah and top-quality service at this hotel. Thank you; we will be back, Insh'Allah.

Alhamdullilah had a pleasant stay on level 10 in a quad room. Check-in was delayed but staff were professional and did a brilliant job. Room was spacious, cosy firm bed and clean, including washroom. Room service attended promptly, no problems using lifts and prayer room has live prayer from Haram. Wide variety of food for breakfast, well cooked, no hygiene problem. We had dinner out in the food courts nearby in Safwan and Clock Tower at night, there was no queue. Next to the hotel there is Zamzam restaurant, offering affordable tasty food, all dishes came with nan bread or roti. There is also a mini grocery shop where we bought our fresh milk for the room. Excellent location to walk to Haram, lots of wheelchair porters outside on that road if you are searching for one. I would gladly come back to this hotel again bi'ithnillah ta'alah

Tipu and Jamal were amazing, cleaned the rooms promptly and stocked the rooms with water and toilets. Can only give this hotel and its services 10/10

The location of the hotel is amazing, just 5 minutes from Haram. The rooms are big and very clean. Staff are so warm and freindly, highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay. It was clean and has the perfect location only a few minutes walk from Kaaba Shareef. The staff was very polite, helpful and always smiling, especially Muhammad Jubair who was a pleasure to meet.

I met Sumayyah and Amani at the front desk. They are incredible ladies. I requested a late check out after Jumua Prayer and it was no problem for them. Sumayyah also speaks English very well and that made it so easy for me.

This is my second visit to this hotel, I would always come back if I’m doing umrah. Location, staff rooms perfect. Can’t fault it.

Ready problem free check in. Room is great. Free Saudi coffee and dates at the lobby ❤ one small problem is wifi is a little slow for voice calls.

I visited this location to visit one of my close relatives after a long time and found this hotel neat and clean and many food options in nearby especially ice cream.

The hotel is very close to HARAM and cleanliness is amazing and the staff is very descent and friendly.
My stay was very pleasing and will not be the last time inshaaallah
