Awesome experience overall. Wish the rooms and the beds were better but overall i had a good experience in this hotel. Very good location. Chef Dito was very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend their buffet to other guests! Thank you!

The breakfast was have lots of variety of cuisine. During my stay here chef Anirban help me lots he made a superb omelette and karrak tea. We will come soon again.

There is a lot of choices of food. Nice arrangement and services from the staff while eating. It was really delicious taste with great quality, everything had unique taste. Thank you Chef Abrar and Chef Dito! Good luck and may Allah bless you.

Great service. Food is good. Great location. Najimuddin is friendly. Room can be better, AC seems is too cold, cannot be adjusted. But overall good stay.

Our trip was excellent. The hotel staff response time is prompt. Housekeeping team is excellent. They take care of your every need. The breakfast buffet is something which adds more value to the trip make it feel like home.

My initial room didn’t have a view, but after requesting for a room change, Mr Ahmed and Mr Yasser helped me and gave me the room in the picture (Masjid Al Haram View) without extra pay as it was for one night. This gesture made our trip. And when we returned from Madina after 3-4 days , they helped again with the check-in and check out.
The breakfast was amazing with a loooooot of different choices.
Staff service was very good.
Overall our stay was amazing!

We loved our stay here! It is literally in the haram. We have offered a free room upgrade upon our arrival. Also the food is great. Kamal in the restaurant was very accommodating.

The accommodations were impeccable and the food is amazing. A special thanks to Chef Dito for his outstanding service and for crafting such exquisite dishes. Nice view, service and also the room is tidy and neat. The staff Mr. Khoirul from the restaurant very nice and helpful, the food was good and tasty.

The food from this hotel's restaurant very good taste, fresh and spicy (very good to me)
My favorite is egg curry and the spicy beef, thanks Mr. Chef (Ditto) for the good services

The place is great, the staff also, we lost two night from our stay but is t was dus of fleurt delay, we come back certainly.

Kamal from the restaurant departement is very helpful, kind and al wast asking is of we still need more thinner

The food was absolutely awesome, Everything was very well prepared! I will definitely recommend coming here! The food is fresh and is really appetising, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. This is the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. Certainly recommend coming here, the pancakes were amazing!

Outstanding room service, clean room specially, in the breakfast the stuff is cool helpful polite I met a nice gentleman. His name is Shahidul and one other gentleman he is chef, I will definitely come back and I’ll definitely recommend it To everyone keep it up guys thank you

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room service was good. The room was clean and tidy and the room service cleans the room everyday too. Breakfast was so good too. Chef Mr. Ahmed korma takes care of our every need and makes us the food we need.He is a kind person. As a suggestion maybe can add some Indian food cause there are many Indians too. Thank you for an amazing stay at Rotana.

Chef Abrar is the best!! He took care of us. He made sure we got the food that we liked and he was very accommodating.
I was not impressed with the bathroom - shower was way too small for tall people lol!

Very convenient, near to Masjidil Haram, access to clock tower mall, service from all the staffs were very good, breakfast was good with the help from staffs Khairul, Chef Ditto & Chef Najmudin, Hirdoy & Najimol , room service tip top especially by staff name Shawkat Ali 👍🏻

Pleasant service from Chef Dito & Najman at the restaurant. Chef even prepared lontong for us 👍👍. This is our 2nd time here. Surely, this hotel would be in our choice list in our future visits to Mekah. Insyaallah.
