Elaf Kinda Hotel

1. One of the best location near Haram 2 min walk to Haram, the best one. One can easily perform every prayer in Haram.
2. Very very very Supportive/Helpful Staff
3. For food Al-Baik, Tazaj , many options around in 10 meters

Hotel is very close to Kabaa. There is no direct transportation to the hotel you will end up walking with luggage if you arrive close to prayer time. Plan ahead your arrival to escape undue hardship while checking in. Hotel staff is great and very helpful.

I am just finding out appropriate words for thanking hotel staff who made our stay a wonderful experience.

It was just amazing experience from reception till departures, everything was fantastic. I came to Makkah many times alhamdolillah and stayed in many hotels and I stayed in Elaf 10 years back as well but this time it was much better than ever before.

Room service was excellent, location is unbelievable which is just in haram. You even don’t need to wear shoes while going to haram as after just 1 min of walk you will in haram area.

I called hotel to pick me from taxi and they guided me very well and sent person who received us from taxi and took our luggage to hotel.

I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you are coming to Makkah

I enjoyed my stay at Elaf kinda hotel, we arrived at 5am and check in was at 12pm midday, but we were given our room at 9am which was lovely, really appreciated that. It was 5 minute walk from Al haram and was lovely. 5mins from gate 79, king fahd gate. The breakfast was brilliant, so many options and room service options were great too. Nasir uddin, who attended to our room was great, he ensured the room was cleaned daily and did an excellent job. I would definitely book elaf again.

Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the Haram.
We had an amazing experience during Ramadan, they had a whole floor for maghrib prayer followed by Iftar on the floor above.
It made it feel like a full family environment and as you’re within the Haram it’s perfect for those with children or elderly.

Very happy to stay for three nights. Very close to Haram. Breakfast was good. The room service was good. Room Service Boy Rahat kept the room tidy. The staff was helpful. The mattress was good. Smooth check-in and check-out. MashaAllah 7 lifts to accommodate the guest thus no waiting during prayer time.

Excellent location and services, the staff was great and helpful, few steps to Haram which is great for old ladies/moms, had 2 rooms, 614 and 712, with Haram view, that was amazing for me and my family.. all services you need are just few steps, currency exchange/grocery Bin Dawood/gifts/food. Also, nice ice cream shop just next door. It was busy season/Ramadan which I prefer, the team was listening, helpful, managing well the prayer hall, free dates, water and arabic/saudi coffee.
I will be back for sure.

It was really unforgettable experience including services every where restaurant and how the team polit and giving their best to make ever one happy, buffet was really magnificent, too much delicious
varieties , front office team, house keeping، so close to the Haram, so comfortable, all in all top and worth the to get the experience, we will differently come back again.

We stayed in a family suite. One of the 2 rooms was bigger than the other one.
The location is perfect. So close to the Haram (less than a min walking).
The staff in the hotel are so nice, polite and helpful. I like to recognize Mr. Mussa Syed & Adul Haleem for their special welcoming and ensure our suite cleanness. They were always there and approaching us in a very polite way to ensure we are satisfied & seeking feedback.
Staff speaks both Arabic & English, so communication is not a problem at all.
Hot breakfast was so nice and delicious, too. Many varieties for food, hot & cold drinks.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone would like to visit the holy place and enjoy being close to the Haram.

Rooms are tight and pretty small, however the service is brilliant especially from Saiful Islam on the 4th Floor. He went above and beyond to fulfill any request you had. In terms of location, the hotel was brilliant.

Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown compared to other 5* hotels I’ve visited in the past. The breakfast has the standard boilerplate menu items but not much variety.

Location is great hotel is quite old but staff is amazing.We had booked our room for two people but my son decided to come with us.Salman their manager was very understanding and kind for a fraction of price he gave us room with extra bed.His hospitality made our life comfortable and our trip memorable.Thank you Salman.Our special thanks to Rayyan at reception and Asad who took care of us for our daily needs.

We stayed here for 3 days during our Umrah trip. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is very close to the Haram only 5 min walk. Also Better than the queues in the clock tower. Going for each salah time was very easy.
Rooms were clean and service was excellent, especially from housekeeping. They were super helpful and attentive..
The buffet breakfast was enormous with lots of food. And food was tasty too.
Next time Insha'Allah we will return back to Elaf Kinda.

I had a good experience here. Generally good location and good service. I had an especially good experience with one of the room attendants, Mohs Rahat. He gave us exceptional room service and I would like to wish the best in the future with the Hotel. I would give him 5* service

This was my first trip and my first hotel in Mecca. Well worth it very affordable price and the location is amazing. Barely a 5 minute walk to Haram. Room was clean and Service was amazing. Great location and the staff is great. Very generous and welcoming. Jamil Bhai was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. He made our trip and stay go with ease. The whole team was great. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Well worth it and amazing and tasteful options. The staff at the buffet was also amazing. Thanks to Raheem bhai and his team. Overall a well worth 5 stars.

We booked this hotel without any expectations but we definitely made the best decision. The rooms were clean and the location was absolutely spot on. Moreover, we stayed in room 408 and recieved spectacular service from Saiful Islam who was super kind and helpful. He tended to us very quickly, cleaned our rooms beautifully and was so caring. Highly recommend
