Free bus shuttle (from hotel to haram)(duration 1 minute)very awesome and convenient.

Only thing i felt a lil down is that charging points for mobiles are in undisclosed areas and charging plug ports are rarely available. Also the area is under developing, so no nearby hotels or food spot rather than the ones inside(restaurant close at 10).
Hunger station available but not permitted to deliver in rooms directly.

This is the best hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are so nice and neat. The manager Sam is always so nice. I came back to this property after 4 years and we got a suite with 2 separate bedrooms and 3 bathroom and living room and kitchen. It is affordable and really nice. Me and my family were allowed to checkout at a normal time without any extra charges. Sam was there to help with any issues and made sure our stay was great. Much recommended. Although it is a bit far from Haram but the shuttle drops you very close and it is very convenient too. Love it

I stayed here during Ramadan. I was very skeptical about the shuttle thing but it worked out phenomenal for me and my father who was on a wheelchair too. The system in place is ecstatic. The food at the restaurant was very very high quality and it honestly felt like everything was done from the bottom of managements’ heart. I was luckily placed in tower 4, floor 15 and I must say Muhammad Monir Hussain and his colleague Muhammad Shagor were extremely hospitable and cooperative with me and my father and both of them accommodated each and every needs of ours. I must also add that I requested an extra wheelchair from the concierge and it was in my room within minutes. There is also a large comfortable praying area in the basement. There is also a super market in the hotel. They have their private bus shuttle service along with the government ones and I never had to wait more than a minute to hop on the bus.
I was very satisfied, happy, and impressed with my stay here.
All of this might look like a paid review but honestly it’s not. I really wanted to appreciate the management along with the Saudi government for such an amazing experience.

Very spacious apartments, with continuous timely shuttle bus to the Clock Tower. Several restaurants and all amenities in the towers, free parking but if you got a big car you may struggle. In general it is a great hotel reasonably priced.

Had the most loveliest experience. Usually I have one or two complaints, but for this place, I can't fault them in anything. From the shuttle bus service to the breakfast buffet to the cleanliness of the room. I would visit Makkah and stay here time and time again. Their hospitality was impeccable.

Great hotel to stay in. We stayed there for 4 days and I would definitely come back here. Rooms are good size, staff is amazing and so so helpful. It's clean and breakfast was great. Shuttle services is cherry on top. It's takes just 2 min in shuttle and than 5 min walk to Haram Shareef.

If there is a 10 star i will rate this hotel 10 star, i really enjoyed the comfort, there is shuttle to the masjidil haram atleast every five to ten minutes 2/47. The room service is so excellent, staffs are very prudent and smiling always

Excellent service, close to Haram and shuttle service is 10/10! They also provide free wheelchairs to use which is super helpful for Umrah, Tawaaf, etc.

Location is excellent, the coaches/shuttles take you right to the clock tower (Masjid al-Haram). Coaches are every 2-5mins, 24hrs.

This was my third time staying at this hotel in ramadhaan. Would highly recommend it.

STAFF: staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and will do anything they can to help. Brother Noor Ali kept a table ready for us every day for iftaar and made sure we got anything we needed and more. Brother fuad and imtiyaz also made sure that we were comfortable at the iftaar.

IFTAAR: one of the best parts of my stay was the food. An exceptional variety of the tastiest foods and desserts were given each day for iftaar.

DISTANCE: one of the only downsides of this hotel is the distance to the haram. Whilst a 24 hour bus service is available and convenient, it does take atleast 15 to 20 minutes from the time you get onto the bus at the hotel until you get inside the haram. Will be challenging for the elder people or people who struggle to walk.

ROOMS: rooms are spacious and provide everything you'd need for your stay here. The suites are excellent, especially for bigger families. Views aren't the best from the rooms, but given the fact that the only time you spend in the room is to sleep, it doesn't make a big difference.

It was a good experience overall. Rooms was comfortable although they need to improve housekeeping services . Staff was very friendly and helpful, specifically Mr Saam duty manager was always ready to help when needed. Shuttle service was not enough . Only draw back was drivers misbehaving I recommend arrangements for them some training or monthly meetings options overall mr saam duty manager was a great man ready to help thank you Abdul Malik room 5/1407

Very good hotel with decent rooms. 24-hour shuttle service makes the location great as it takes only 1 min 30 secs to reach Zam Zam Tower basement. Then, around 5 mins walk to Haram. Breakfast was good but not superb. Room rates are exceptionally good. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Its prime location within walking distance of the Masjid al-Haram making it convenient for visit to sacred Kaaba. Comfortable beds, stunning views of the city or the Haram, and the overall luxurious ambiance of the accommodations.

Professionalism and hospitality of the staff members, who strive to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay is overwhelming. The hotel provides amenities and services catering to families, such as connecting rooms, babysitting services, and children's activities.

Hotel's luxurious accommodations, prime location, excellent service, and range of amenities are much appreciated.

I was in these place two years ago, performing haj. All our Group was satisfied with location of the hotel , accomodation and service. Now I come for three days on Umrah. I was surprised again with improvement in service. All stuff, from receptionists to Restaurant and cleaning stuff, are so kind, polite and helpfull.

Le Méridien Towers Makkah truly exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 4 days during Ramadan and it was an absolute pleasure. Here's why I would definitely return:

Spacious and Clean Rooms: The rooms were a great size, offering plenty of space to relax after a long day of ibadah (worship). Plus, the hotel was impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.
Amazing Staff: The staff at Le Méridien Towers Makkah were absolute stars! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start the day. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, fueling us for our spiritual journey.
Convenient Shuttle Service: The complimentary shuttle service to the Haram Shareef was the cherry on top! It took only 2 minutes by shuttle, followed by a short 5-minute walk to reach the holiest site in Islam. This saved us so much time and energy, especially during the busy Ramadan period.
Exceptional Ramadan Buffets: I was particularly impressed by the Iftar and Sehri buffets offered during Ramadan. The selection of food and desserts was incredibly vast and delicious, catering to all tastes. The service during these buffets was also fantastic, with a special shoutout to Imtiaz who went above and beyond to assist us.
Reliable Wi-Fi: Staying connected was a breeze with strong and consistent Wi-Fi available throughout the entire hotel.
Private Parking: Having the option of private parking was a plus, providing peace of mind and convenience.
Overall, Le Méridien Towers Makkah made our Umrah experience truly special. Not far from Haram fast shuttle bus is available 24 hrs never wait for shuttle while going and coming back from Haram.

I enjoyed my stay for a week in Le Méridien Towers Makkah, the room was spacious and clean with the aminities mentionned during the booking, the service was excellent. Special thanks to "Mrs Wejdene" in the guest service for her kind welcome, and her valuable assistance during my stay.
Also, it was a very nice experience in The open buffet restaurant "Al Khalij" during my breakfast, restaurant which offers a continental, and very delicious menus , I really like it .
My special thanks and regards for the restaurant manager team who assisted me during my stay ; Mr Saoud Saied , Mr Ali Harbi and Mr Houcine for their kind welcome, and for the high level of service and assistance they offered to me and to the guests.

Me and my nephew stayed at the hotel January 2024.
The check in was smooth and we were shown to our room immediately.
We booked a twin diplomatic suite but were given a double. This was rectified immediately.
After settling in the room we received a call to see if everything was ok, which was a pleasant surprise.
The suite itself was very spacious. There was a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a living room area and the bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Room service was daily and the guys were very polite.
The shuttle service was excellent and there was never a case we had to wait outside the hotel for a bus.
The drop off point is at the bus station just leading to the car park level of clock tower.
The bus ride is 3 minutes to bus stop (see video https://youtu.be/z40p5yV2ssc?si=vQJRYWvQ_BuLiJip) and from the bus station it would take a 7 minute walk or so to the Umrah gate.

The breakfast buffet was also very good. It costs 50sr per person if you don’t have it part of your booking.

There aren’t good option choices nearby but it’s not an issue as you can use Hunger Station to order absolutely everything.
They also have small tea shops on G level and other shops on M level.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing time staying during Ramadan, the shuttle service to Haram comes every few minutes and is very fast, but keep in mind it stops sometime in the evening and doesn't pick up again until 11:00 pm.

The Iftar Buffet and Sehri Buffet were so amazing, so many options for food and desert and the service was great, we were helped by Imtiaz who did a great job.

Only downside is that the Wifi is really weak so if you're planning on using a laptop it's very in and out.
