Yes sometimes there is severe delays and other times the food is very served cold which totally destroys the original flavor and experience and this should be a point of high importance

I swear, they have the best snacks/dinner. Which include deep fries & chicken pieces with mixture of sauces. You would feel the taste in every bite! 😋
