The Clock Tower Museum is a captivating destination for history and architecture enthusiasts. It offers a stunning collection of clocks from different eras, interactive exhibits, and a tour of the clock tower with panoramic views. The museum is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a must-visit for anyone interested in horology and history.

One of the best places to spend time and relax. This is also a landmark to easily reach Masjidul Haram.

A wonderful effort. Hats off to the persons who thought this true. It's a dedication to history of time, solar system and the clock tower itself.
The entry ticket is charged at SAR 150 per person.
Though it did seem very costly, but once you enter and experience the place, you will feel it is justified.

I can't wait to mention the highlight of the trip which was praying under the clock tower's clock right above overlooking the Haram.

Also I have to mention the breathtaking sights of the whole city which you can enjoy.

Beautiful view and great architecture
Great shopping center inside the tower

The building is topped by a four-faced clock, visible from 25 kilometres (16 miles) away. The clock is the highest in the world at over 400 m (1,300 ft) above the ground.

The developer and contractor of the complex is the Saudi Binladin Group, the Kingdom's largest construction company.[4] It is the world's second most expensive building with the total cost of construction totalling US$15 billion

The tallest tower in the complex also contains a five-star hotel, operated by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, to help provide lodging for the millions of pilgrims that travel to Mecca annually to participate in the Hajj.

An amazing astronomical experience. Especially the free time stamp collected was awesome. And view of Kaaba from 400 m height was the most beautiful one. Try to ho there during sunset and have the maghtib prayed in the observation deck. You will also be able to see the clock's gears working inside the museum. Entry fee is a bit high though. The authority may consider lowering the entry fee.

Its a Science Museum encompassing 3 floors. 1. the Universe 2. Solar system, Earth and the Moon 3. The Clock Tower. Best part is the view of the city.

I really liked the Quranic verses being played relevant to the mention of Universe, Sun and the Moon.

It is quite amazing that Quran calls Allah creator of Multiverse at the time when man believed earth to be the centre of the Universe.

This is an amazing place!! A must visit while in Makkah al Mukarramah city..

Every visitors will be provided a small (multi lingual) device which will narrate automatically once you reach every stations in the museum, according to the language selected. A total of 4 floors including the clock floor is opened for visit..

Then head on to the outdoor terrace where you can view the whole city of Makkah. Sunset is very beautiful up here, and you can perform Maghrib prayer at the terrace and follow the Imam inside Kaaba. Unique experience. Well worth the price..

Great museum along with great experience of one of the highest building in the world.

Museum
The museum full of astronomy science knowledge for around 4 storeys with the bottom floor all info about clock tower and outdoor platform to see 360 degree view of makkah city.

Ticket
The ticket quite pricey for 150 SAR and 300 SAR for VIP ticket. Tickets sold in GF in the mall or in the entrance of the museum at P9. There is dedicated lift for the visitor to the entrance.

360 Makkah
This is the main attraction for all visitors to get the best photos of themselves with view of kabah or makkah city or the clock which just above our head.

Prayer
During prayer time we can pray at the outdoor platform facing kabah. Ablution and toilet is avaliable in the same floor. We are following the imam from al haram with the speaker where men pray at the edge of the tower while women behind. It's one of the great experience to pray here.

I think this is one of the best museums in the region. It's on the same level as the Smithsonian in terms of exhibitions, although there aren't that many interactive displays, but it's aimed more at adults.

What makes this one standout is of course the observation deck, which gives the visitor a breathtaking view of the Holy Mosque, the Central area and some parts of Makkah.

The staff is very professional and well-informed. One of the good things is they know when to approach you and when to leave you on your own.

If you have two hours to spare, you must visit this place. And ignore the reviews that say entry fees are overpriced. I think a 150SAR is very reasonable for the overall experience and I would pay more.

It is very sad to hear that soon it might be shutdown for good. So, better visit it before it's too late.

The holiest city of Muslim and the birth place of prophet Muhammad PBUH. Muslims are only allowed here and mostly people come for Umrah and hajj. It's always crowded and nearby shopping centres are also open 24*7. It's one of the world tallest building and can be seen 25km away

This place is a must visit if you're in Makkah.

Offers in depth info and 3 d renderings of the universe as well as astronomy.

But the icing of the cake is definitely the superb view of the kaabah / masjidil haram as well as the makkah city. Trully spectacular when you're up vlose to 600 metres or 95 floors.

Tickets are priced at sr 150 but if you're in a group of 100 pax or more , they'll reduce it to sr 75.

Go during asar and then you can have your maghrib and isyak prayers congregation at 95 feet following the imam below in al haram. Spectacular indeed.
