Well organized hotel.. from rooms to services.
Late check in (past 4pm) but it's worth the wait..
Allah Kareem I can book again in this hotel.. the price is hig .. but kolo min Allah...

Brilliant experience overall. The staff was very nice. All my requests were dealt in timely manner during my stay there. Really close to all amenities. Everything available within walking distance.

I was waiting for more than 2 hours to get a room. But the waiting is worthwhile as i was given masjidil haram views. My room was facing directly to King abdul Aziz gate & rooftop of the masjid.

The best hotel location to Haram for Ibadoh. Every times, just view minute walk has arrive in Harram. Smoothly checkin checkout and also best room service every days during stay here for five nights at room 2131 with My family on 14 - 19 Nov. 2023. The more choise for breakfast & variously. The hotel staf friendly, spesial for hotel bellboy quick action during early morning checkout & looking for transport.

When you're doing UMRAH and/or HAJ, this is the hotel you want to stay. When you are rushing to get space inside Haram and when you exhaustedly return to rest, for real, this hotel is the best choice for the price. I'll be brutally honest. I absolutely adore this hotel because of its incredibly excellent location, comfortable beds and good breakfast spread. I won't say much about the service, just that the management and admin would need to severely improve. Housekeeping though was excellent and on the ball all the time.

The location of this hotel is everything. The rooms were clean. Not truly a 5 star hotel, but the still very good.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Al Safwah Royale Orchid Hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The hotel's location is truly amazing, being the closest to the Haram – just a 3-5 minute walk away. Inside the hotel, there's a beautiful mosque, making it incredibly convenient for all our prayers.

This hotel is especially perfect for families with small children and elderly members. It offers a big food court within Al Safwa Tower Mall, where we found a wide variety of delicious food options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although I must admit that the furniture appeared a bit dated and, in some cases, slightly worn, which didn't quite meet the usual 5-star standards.

One small disappointment was when I requested a late checkout, and unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate the request. Nevertheless, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the superb location, convenience, and amenities. I highly recommend Al Safwah Royale Orchid Hotel for anyone planning a visit to Mecca.

I came to this hotel to take a look if it has better view for haram I met with extremely professional and accommodating receptionist his name is mr yasir albargawi and because of him I decided to move so I did move next day from raffles palace in clock tower to this hotel , after one night in hotel I wanted to move to bigger suite the one I choose wasn’t all available so I spoke to the manager mr aburahman albalushi and honestly one of the best hotel managers I have met because he provided whatever I asked for even though hotel was almost full he even managed to move us only couple hours after I asked to move so I spend the night in the new suite. thanks a million for wonderful service and professional kind dealings. mr yasir and mr abdulrahman are meeting the highest international standard of hospitality for their guests . This hotel now became like home for me whenever I’m in Mekkah it’s my only choice.

Close to Haram. Good customer service and lots of food selection during breakfast. Fast Cleaning up the table to accommodate more people coming in.

Very close to the Kaabah. There are many cafes and restaurants to go to if you are tired of the hotel food.
