Al Kiswah Towers Hotel

My recent stay at Al Kiswah Towers Hotel in Makkah left me thoroughly impressed. upon entering the hotel was its cleanliness. From the lobby to the corridors and rooms, everything was immaculately maintained. The receptionist, in particular, deserves special mention for her helpfulness and friendliness. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my queries were addressed promptly and that I had a comfortable stay throughout. Her warm demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience, making me feel valued as a guest.

Checked in within minutes and 6hr early than scheduled.

Ample lift service to accommodate guest. Restaurant facilities and kids room. Has separate prayer room facilities

Staff are very friendly and service has been top tier.

Second time I have come to this hotel and it's just keeps improving

I recently stayed at Kiswah Hotel and had a great time. The location is perfect, with a free shuttle service to and from the Masjid, as well as parking. The staff was really helpful, and the rooms are clean and bright with big windows. Lots of shops nearby. Overall, highly recommended!

Only one issue as I noticed, there was water stagnation in washroom and rest of the features was excellent

Kishwa tower gives a good shuttle facility for Haram because the Haram is not at walking distance

Outstanding hotel, perfect price perfect service all within range of food and groceries. Their shuttle service runs 24/7, always accommodating staff and mini shops on the ground floor, room service was amazing and so was the constant top up of water te noa and coffee, the beds were amazingly large and clean, me and my mother had the best time for umrah. We will definitely be coming back here next year with more people. Highly advice to small and large families.

Hotel was amazing, service was one of the best. They have shuttle service for Haram in every 5 minutes. Most important thing was that they provide me to stay 6-7 hours even after I delayed to check out from my room, they gave me buffer time. I am very happy with the service and all the amenities of Kiswah.

Good experience so far. Room's carpet was so dirty. But the overall experience was good. But receptionists are not able to speak English properly.
This hotel has restaurants and around 8 lifts in each tower. The best thing is shuttle service whenever you want to go The shuttle will be available.

Amazing rooms, amazing views the room service were especially helpful and had great manners. Theres also a bus that takes you to the holy mosque which is included in the package and they have a whole floor dedicated to prayer.

I have heard about this place that this hotel is good but there was no agreement. OK, I am trying to go for Umrah and I agreed and I will definitely stay in this hotel and I will check its view and also check the Kaaba view, God willing.

Our family went on Umrah and stayed in Kiswah Towers. The location was about 15 mins walk from the Haram. The free 24hr shuttle bus service is perfect, but can be a little crowded if you don't time your departure well.
Staff were very helpful and professional.
There were many useful stores down in the area around the hotel, and also easily accessible restaurants for quick foods.

The price of the hotel is reasonable at least worth for the overall experience. The only problem is that the shuttle buses drop far from the haram and it's hard for elder people to walk that far. But the rooms were neat , good service,nice atmosphere, restaurants nearby

Great place to stay for Omrah.Close to AL Haram, shuttle services 24/7. People are nice , the small shops whithin premises. Just checked out 30 mins ago, thanks Ms. Sahar at reception for the smooth check out process and the smile.

Really good hotel. It's not close to the mosque. However, it is about 8 minutes by car

The price of the hotel is definitely affordable compared to other hotels in Mecca. However, the staff are friendly and helpful and also guide you to get a cab or find a ride to the Masjid

It's a great rate if you want to keep your Umrah just under 550$ CAD with travel and visa issuance upon arrival

I stayed in that hotel 🏨 when I was visited in Makkah for Umrah purposes. Good room and near the holy Kaaba. For walking to the Kaaba will take 10-15 minutes also they have free shuttle service for pilgrims. They're providing shampoo,bath soap and towels. I don't have idea about the price because agency has paid for us.

Budget friendly hotel, right exactly behind the new expansion of Masjid Al Haram.

Walking takes around 15 mins until the Masjid gate. They do provide free bus shuttle services which are always overloaded.

Remember NO SHUTTLE BUS DURING JUMMA FRIDAY PRAYER TIME..

I stayed at Al Kiswah Towers Hotel in my recent trip for Umrah. The hotel is a quality establishment with all amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. I was impressed with the service of the Saudi Arabian lady who greeted me at reception. She was friendly and professional and it was a good introduction to the strict Islamic country. Thank you Al Kiswah Towers Hotel. The best thing I liked about Saudi Arabia is that all the sisters were dressed in Niqab and Hijab.

Everything is good but shuttle service is abit below average.... You have to walk for 10 to 12 minutes from where the bus drops you to Haram. If you are with kids then it might be a trouble for you because buses are mostly always full

Had a great time during our Umrah trip, Alhamdulilah. Really appreciate all the helpers and managers at the desk. Everyone was kind, polite, and helpful. Highly recommend and totally value for money.

Really decent hotel. Staff were amazing Not too far from haram and also very competitive priced. Great 24 hour shuttle service always clean and well kept. Would stay again.
