This hotel is considered one of the best hotels I ever visited, the staff are really nice and caring and will help you in a glance whenever a problem occurs.
The room was very clean and well prepared, I came for 3 days to do Omra and the buses are ready every 20 minutes for free to go to Al Haram, and whenever I come back I can buy anything inside it because it has built in Markets.
After all I recommend this hotel as it proved that it is one of the best in hospitality services.

The hotel facilities were fully functional and I had no complain at all about the services rendered.
It's clean, well maintained, serene, spacious and also not too far from Masjid Haram.

The free underground parking space relieves me of the mental stress of where to park my car throughout my stay unlike some other hotels.

They are really up to the task in "welcoming the World to their hotel".

This place is the perfect balance between quality, price, and, of course, the distance from Masjid AL Haram. Which is about 2 kilometers.

It's one of the best hotels in Makkah that I know of. The place is clean as water, the management and staff extremely professional and friendly. A bus leaves from here to Masjid AL Haram all day and night. If you just want to cab it, then it's around 15 to 20 Riyals the most. Don't forget to bargain with the cabbies.

This was my second visit there, and I can't see myself staying anywhere else. From the front of the lobby brother Tauseef to the head of the hotel brother Zeshaan. Salute to your professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to serve the guests 👏 👍 👌 🙌. The GM Zeshaan was extremely helpful and approachable because you usually never meet a GM in the lobby, making sure things are running smoothly.

Last but not least. The manager of the restaurant brother Abdul Qadeer Khan, you are a gem. He is one of the best managers I have seen. I didn't know what silver service meant until I went to his restaurant at the hotel.

Also, at the hotel lobby, the Turkish coffee is to die for.

I was here for 3 nights of umrah. The hotel was quiete luxury and spacy. The internet was not so good, I even preferred to use my mobile STC data rather than hotel's wifi 🙂. The shuttle bus to Al Haram would park at Al Ghaza Bus Station, which is a little bit far away to the entrance of tawaf. FYI, the customers of this hotel are mostly from Turkey.

Everything in the room was working well, nice and we got a quite spacy room with 4 beds. I was fascinated about a cloths line that I found in the bathroom (video included). That was the first time I found it after so many hotels I stayed. It was quite amazing! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
They know we will need it.. 😂😂

The 4 star hotel located only few kilometers from Masjidil Haram. Nice service and warm-friendly staff including the office boys as well. This hotel this time dedicated to serve the pilgrims and provide quite nice facilities such as laundry areas, very big / spacious praying room and so many lift to support the activities of the pilgrims. Almost 4000 pilgrims stay here during the haj season.

This hotel also have nice lobby with the nice-looking cafe where you can find espresso and cappuccino to make you awake. When you open the curtains then you will see nice landscape which mostly from stone and so many birds come around. You can give them water if you want but this depend on the window whether this can be open it or not. Overall it’s Nice and recommended to stay in this hotel.

Very good hotel with bus facilities. Also you can easily get return bus in Salam gate from Masjid Al-Haram.

It's bit far but there is shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from Haram.

In respect and reference to Mekah hotels general standard. And considering the money value. This is the best hotel i ever experienced in KSA through my 20 visits to Mekah during last 10 years.

Loved the place. Rooms sre clean and nice staff members. It has underground parking lot. I would choose this place for a future visit and I highly recommend it.
