King Abdulaziz Hospital - Makkah

A very neat and clean hospital, also friendly and helpful staffs. I was admitting my mum to the ER however the doctors didn't update regularly about lab results so we had to proactively ask and follow-up the patient's status.

It's a very good and clean hospital the doctors and nurses is very kind I am very thankful of the staff behavior

A best medical facility of the city. State of the art machines, para medics staff, labs, diagnostics, indoor/ out door 24/7 hrs services to locals as well as pilgrims.
Staff is capable of speaking multilingual languages like native Arabic/ and English with other languages as well.
Rush remain almost round the clock due to local population and visitors coming from world over.
Staff are professional and medicines prescribed are delivered with labeled envelopes, marked with dosage details and type of medicine.
Clinical Tests are conducted speedily and overall service is well appreciated.

A very massive health care facility in Makkah, I came here with a sister who was sick while we were on Umrah. First off, they offer free medical health care services to Pilgrims either emergency or not. They treat each patient with utmost care and consideration. The Saudi government can't be commended enough for this service they offer to the public especially pilgrims. I personally know about an old man who fell and broke part of his rib bone as a result and was rushed to this hospital due to internal bleeding... And was treated well with Allah's help and was fine within a few days after which he could make his trip back to his country.

The facility has great ease of accessibility, also for ladies there's an entrance strictly for ladies where you can go in through for some diagnostic issues.

There are some demarcated prayer areas within some of the facilities too for women. Generally staffs here are nice, precise and most speak English but basically Arabic.

It is a very good hospital in the makkah city staf service is very good last month in ramzan my wife with me her feet was damage when we walking in the streets of holy makkah city and madinah munnahwarah city go to musjide qubah . Honourable doctors it is very good when I saw that for femal pacients only femal doctors and nurse's and for male patients only male doctors male nurse allah bless Saudi's Arabia and we are very happy and we pray for saids and all the muslims world amin

Regretly, the pharmacist just give me 2 drugs instead of 3... Tough i knew the doctor give me 3 drugs on prescription... And she explain as if i didnt know that i should get 3 drugs... 3-|

استقبال الطواريء ممتاز، دكاترة و ممرضين الطواريء جداً ممتازين و دكتور أشعة الصدر ايضاً ممتاز ، فقط إذا يزيدوا من عدد الكراسي المتحركة.. لأنها جدا ضرورية في قسم الطواريء. الله يجزاهم خير كل من اهتمّ وقام برعاية والدي ويكتب أجرهم

اشكر الموظفة ريهام الي تعمل في الطابق الثالث قسم/ جراحة الرجال على حسن تعاملها وكلماتها الطيبه واهتمامها الرائع وحرصها على المريض قبل لايسال تكون موجوده. اسال الله ان يوفقها في حياتها وعملها ويكتب اجرها اضعاف يارب

المسؤول على قسم مغسله الشراشف والملابس ياليت يهتم في عمله ويوفر احتياجات المرضى من شراشف نظيفة ومخدات نظيفة ولبس كافي ومتوفر للمرضى
