I have experienced the same about the rudeness of the Filipina and a man receptionists at the emergency. Very bad behavior being at haram, specially at the emergency hospital. sent an email to the management.

Located in the basement of AsSafwa Towers situated in Ajiyad street, just beside Clock Tower. I had chest infection and fever and took fever medicine and came to hospital. They said no fever right now so no emergency. Please go to Al Hajlah Health Center on Ibrahim Khalil Road. Then I came back after few hours with fever again. Tested for Corona immediately which came negative Alhamdulillah. Chest xray also done. Advised about medication. Drip for fever administered. Very kind and helpful staff specially triage staff. JazakAllah.

I visited this hospital 2 times in a month. Good enough service. All the staff were well behaved. I last visited on 17 May 2023 at 11 pm. Masha Allah Dr. Mohamed Fares Al Qubory and his team talk care so well that their words heal the disease. They also gave free medicine. I wish the doctor and his team success.

Fast response. The hospital takes a very quick action to the patient.

I speak all the staff and doctors of the Ajyad Emergency hospital and the Saudi government, because my mother has reached a very serious condition, which has come to India now, so I speak with the heart of all the staff. These hospital are very good.

On 01st Jan 2017 my 2.5 years old child got severely sick with high fever and vomiting. The staff was very friendly and treated him on urgent basis. Then guided us to visit the government paediatric hospital in Azizia.

Free for jamaah umrah. Not so much check up and just short about medication.

Alhamdulillah, seluruh staff disini cukup ramah dan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan detail. Security nya cukup tegas, karena banyak yang memotong antrian dan minta di dahulukan.
