One of my acquaintances underwent a surgery here, performed by Dr. Khalid Al-Zahrani, and it was a success alhamdulillah. The hospital offered great pre- and post-operative care.

Saudi German Makkah the most awaited hospital and one of the beautiful hospitals in Makkah. It has such an imposing structure that it is hard for a passerby to go past it without looking twice.
Now, this is one hospital that some patients would probably go in with a big smile on their faces rather than having to fear those injections and long waiting queues. Here's more about it.

It's a great hospital to begin with, the appointment system is user friendly and they'll send you reminders to your mobile device so you can even reschedule.
The architecture is amazing with plants, trees and fountains being planted in the center making for an aesthetic environment.
The doctors are friendly and the wait times are reasonable.
Overall the medical services provided by the facility are great and the environment inside is appealing to the patient as well.

I have gone to many doctors in this hospital, as I'm 15 weeks pregnant Dr. Islam was the only Doctor who I felt comfortable with,he is respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything and speaks in a basic way for people to understand. Even though I wanted a female Doctor but I choose him as my physician for my pregnancy.

Everything about this hospital is excellent, i had surgery, delivered baby, and all employees are at your service, whatever you need at any time.Excellent service and food, especially the part where your companion also gets a meal, so he can be with you all the time. 10☆ from me

I visited the hospital many times had many experiences dealing with the staff and different doctors but my last visit with my father at dermatology was easy and smooth , i want to thank Ms SAMAR ALSHRIF for her professional assistance , care and doing the extra mile to help us

Recently called up the Reception desk for an inquiry, received a prompt and proper answer from well spoken (English) attendant . It is rare, especially in Makkah, where your calls are answered that too at an odd hour! Hats Off!

We had one of the best hospital services. Regarding to appointments, the application is one of the best even if you made mistakes don‘t worry the receptionist Shikha in the OPD is just great and she makes it very easy (do not worry about anything). Also the receptionist Abdullah at cardiology department is great with handling a spontaneous meeting and appointments.

I was late for my appointment and I was still able to see my doctors. Ghufran, the receptionist at the gastro department was sweet and kind. She made the whole process quick and fast. She is competent and I would highly recommend this hospital

The Hospital was one of the most friendly atmosphere I have been in Saudi Arabia, all the staffs were very kind and helpful, especially I would like to mention “Abdullah Alsalem” who did understood my concerns very well and did excellent effort to help me out, I thank him for his kindness and support, also wish him and the Hospital success.
