The overall experience was great especially when you are travelling with your family. It's one of the best places to live in makkah. You won't find any difficulty in transportation to haram because the shuttle service is available all the time. I have tried this hotel but the nearby hotels are also good. I would highly recommend this area for your stay.

It's a very nice hotel at a very nice and quite location. 10 - 15 min drive from Makkah Mosque. It has returants and 24 hour markets near it and overall the customer service and rooms are great.
I got it through Airbnb and I am greatful for my host for being very responsive and very helpful.

Very nice large rooms, nice breakfast as compared to other hotels in Makkah. Price is also good. Only issue is distance to Haram. Bus service available, but it's difficult to wait for bus in hot weather. Free parking also available.

Neat and clean premises. Cooperative staff. They have shuttle service to haram and back every 1 hr.

زرت الفندق أكثر من مرة .
الإيجابيات :
ممتاز جدا وتعامل موظفي الاستقبال ممتاز ..
الاستاذه ساره تعاملها ممتاز جدا ...
الغرف نظيفة جدا ...
الملاحظات :
عدد العمال قليل بالذات عند تنزيل الشنطة .
مواقف الفندق مغلقة للاكتفاء ...
كثير من المساحات داخل الفندق غير مستثمرة ...

الفندق جدا جميل ونظيف وموظفات الاستقبال اخلاقهم جميله وخدمه الغرف سريعين والباصات تجي 3 مرات بالساعه ومرتبه وتقريبا عشر دقايق للحرم ومكانهم واضح عند برج الساعه

سرعة و مهارة فالتعامل و استجابة للطلبات و بدون أي تأخير سلمتني الغرفة بدون انتظار الله يسعدها ويرضى عليها
الغرفة مطلة على ساحة ومسجد الراجحي و مرتبة ونظيف

Das Frühstück war gut. Der Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter namens Mustaqeem war nett, hilfsbereit und tat einen guten Job.
Die Damen und Herren am Empfang waren ebenfalls stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber befindet sich die wunderschöne Rajhi-Moschee.
Die Zimmer waren schön und sehr sauber.
Ich werde definitiv erneut kommen inshaAllah.
Die Busse zum Haram kommen alle 10min, was super ist.
