Excellent hotel and brillient service. Bus is always avaible to visit haram.
One day i forget to lock the room when i returned, everything was fine.
Room service boys are kind and always willing to help

Usmaan and Anwar assisted us througout our stay! Rooms were nice neat and clean according to the price! Bus service is bad and do opt for walking! It was much faster!

Best service. Rooms are cleaned daily. Service to masjid haram hourly. Walking to haram also friendly distance. Request for late check out granted nicely.

Excellent hotel with Laeeq bus service from Hotel to Haraam about four minute drive and 12 minutes back to Hotel bus available like every 10 to 15 minutes

I really liked this hotel . Luxury feel, near to masjid al haram with shuttle service. Their staffs are really nice. I especially liked the srcice of Mr Juhar. always there whenever i need him. Money well spent

Clean hotel well maintained. I thank all the reception staff They were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for four days. I liked the evaluation they did like professionals when the car burnt.. they offer a shuttle to alharram 24hours... Walk distance like 20 minutes if u want to check around the area before going to prayer...

We rented 1 room with 4 beds, the room was very nice and very clean 👌 the bed was very comfortable there was water battles with tea and sugar and water heater 👌, the total was very clean and there was enough clean towels and the perfect is free parking for your car & therewas a free bus to haram all of this for 200sar , over all the place is very nice and professional people it deserves to visit it again 😀

Excellent value for money, suitable for eldery. Near Masjid al-Haram walking distance for 10 min. No high inclinations. All shops, Food and bus station are around the corner. Check in and out were in no time. Helpful and friendly staff. Room is clean and quiet. No masjid Haram view from the room windows.

5 star rating to this hotel..This one is unbelievably great. Excellent room service..booked for a week, free bus shuttle service to and fro Masjid Al Haram..only issue is you have to walk 10 min from drop off point..hotel is not to be blamed for that..construction at haram is causing the hindrance..This review is incomplete without mentioning about Mr. Fahad who was exceptional in providing care and help during our stay. May Allah bless him in abundance. Pilgrims feel comfort at this hotel and I would like to request the admin to continue providing such kind of service and take duas of pilgrims who will remember their service and give you duas.All the best.

The hotel is really good staff is respectful and good behaviour rooms are not too spacious but for 1-2 day stay it is perfect hotel in good budget they even give all essentials required like water towels kettle and etc and they even got 24hrs free shuttle bus to haram.

Hotel was just amazing with 24/7 available customer service with a lovely and cool manners . They were talking with happy mode and so helpful that even they registered sims for us at 2am and also wifi was free in the hall .room were new and so neat and clean . The distance to al haram was only 15 mints of walk and also every time shuttle bus service was also there. And nakal jamai (saptco bus station) was also on a distance of 8 minutes of walk in this area there are only two restaurants. But the hotel and location were great.

It has 24/7 bus service to take to Masjid al-Haram. Nice location and not too far from Masjid al-Haram. You can walk easily. The price was great for a 3-star hotel. It has a market inside and outside the hotel. Free wifi and great room service. Very safe.
