The hotel was incredibly beautiful and clean. The service was great too. We visited in 2018 with my grandmother who was quite frail, and the convenience that it offered was unmatched. We simply would take a lift down to the back lobby and be in a mall, where we could get convenience items and food. A few steps from the lift, we'd be on the street, which we'd cross easily and then set foot on the mataaf. The convenience that this offered us was amazing. The breakfast at the hotel was incredible, with a huge variety of items. This was one of my favourite hotel experiences.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were not only lovely but also impeccably tidy and clean, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit every palate. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Additionally, its close proximity to the mosque was incredibly convenient for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

A true 5 star hotel in Al Haram. The building, elevators and rooms are top notch. The only thing I would like to point out that they don't have USB ports for charging besides the bed. The one they had near the table wasn't working. Breakfast was amazing.

Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency is a gem in the heart of Mecca. The location is truly exceptional, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to the holy sites. The cleanliness of the facilities and rooms is impeccable, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. The service provided by the staff members is top-notch, with their warm hospitality and attentiveness enhancing the overall experience. The amenities available are impressive, catering to both leisure and business needs. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience in Mecca.

Location is absolutely amazing, it’s right by Al Haram, and king Fahad gate is like a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy to go back as well after you finish your Omrah.

There is also a mall with a bunch of great little gift shops in it and multiple restaurants so it is super easy to grab a bite to eat after finishing your Omrah.

The room itself was really nice, we did book a 3 bed room and when we got there they told us that they were out of these rooms and they can only provide us a 2 bed room but provided an extra bed which was decent. And the room was super clean with a partial view of Al Haram.

Service was super fast and efficient! However, there seems to be some kind of technical issues with their key cards. As they randomly stopped working and I noticed this with some other guests throughout my stay as well. So hopefully that gets resolved.

Overall, I really recommend this hotel, super convenient, great service and it is relatively worth what you pay in my opinion.

This is one of the best places to stay around the Grand Mosques of Makkah. It is easily accessible from the Mosque's piazza, and you can join the congregation from its guests only prayer area.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished and decorated with wall arts. Their restaurant is superb with it's open buffet in the morning and evening. The daily room keeping was fantastic, and the staffers are already to assist.

I enjoyed the Haram View room and the daily basket of fruits served in the room. I wished to have stayed longer...

I loved my stay here. The location is on point 1 mins walk(literally just cross the road and you’re in haram)

Their staff is very warm welcoming and friendly. Rooms are quiet and maintained to high standards.

I’m very particular about almost everything and this place has everything you need while you’re visiting Masjid al Haram. Also, their rates are a tad bit more affordable than others.

I’m definitely coming back and will be recommending all friends and family as well 😊

MashaAllah this hotel is close to perfect (as nothing is perfect)

Compared to 2 other hotels in nearby masjidil haram, this is the best with affordable price. Location is prime, right behind Dar Al Tawhid. From this hotel is straight to Umrah Gate (Gate 79). Within the building, you will find Bin Dawood Supermarket, Al Baik and the famous Mandi Restaurant Al Romansiah also some other cafes like Mando, Camel Step etc. Although you got all these stores within the building but it’s still quiet and comfortable. It is not like the Safwah Shopping Mall Tower, where I found very crowded. Airport transfer was also good, affordable price (I got GMC for sedan price), clean car and trustable.
They also allowed me to have late check out at 2:30 because of my flight schedule. All staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious.

Had a great stay. Great location close to the haram- but be mindful at prayer time the shortcut is closed.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is great after performing umrah!
The staff are helpful and cooperative.
The buffet is extensive with a great selection and good coffee!

They had wheelchairs available at concierge which was very helpful for my elderly father, we could take him easily to the electric scooter station. My only annoyance is that Uber can’t come to the main gate of the hotel. We had to flag down an unmarked taxi to get to the train station, but that’s not really an issue with the hotel, just an inconvenience to a transport link

The location of this hotel is prime. It is literally a one minute walk to the haram. It is located inside a mall which is very convenient. The mall includes a pharmacy, clothing stores, and a food court. I wanted to really say thank you to our housekeeper, Mohammad Rizwan, who went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure that we were taken care of and well accommodated. He definitely made the already good stay exceptional.

I would highly recommend this hotel when booking your accommodation in Makkah. It is conveniently situated to attend prayers in the Haram. The service is excellent and the cleaning service is outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and modern and we had a great partial view of the Haram. The breakfast had a lot of options and all the food was delicious.

Very good experience at this hotel, very close to gate 79 so for Umrah was perfect. Abdul Basit our room attendant was very helpful and always had a smile on his face everyday. He is a credit to this hotel and I would definitely return because of how comfortable he made us feel.

Very clean hotel that’s very close to entrance 79 of the haram, room was very clean and equipped with everything one would need, staff was always helpful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Perfect location, really close to the Kabaa, nice staff. The hotel is flexible, and when needed something, they helped directly. Ps. Perfect view if you have the upper floor rooms

Couldn't be happier with my stay here. Very short walking distance to haram. Only 3 min. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Cleaning staff was friendly. I believe his name was Rizwan. All around 5 Stat visit. I will love to come and stay again in sha Allah. Would love for the hotel to add USB charging ports next to the beds for easy phone charging.

This is one of my best hotel selection in Mecca. Great stuff, nice location, very clean room, gym and excellent breakfast package. All needed shops are near by hotel. Thanks the entire hotel stuff and management.

The hotel is located at a perfect distance to gate no 79 for women and gate no 74 for men. From the room to these gates takes only 5 mins as the elevators are quick and always available. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The bed is very comfy. Daily housekeeping is top notch. They provide dilmah tea sachets and plenty of water bottles daily. Breakfast is just amazing. Right from the starters to the main course desserts cold cuts breads cereals live counters juices coffee everything was delicious and amazing. They have 4-5 types of coffee. The live counter lady staff making eggs was very patient and always making the eggs as required. There was cutlery napkin and a bottle of water placed on the table every time without asking. Though the restaurant was very busy there was space for every one always. The other areas of the hotel are also very good. There are sofas placed near the elevators in case you want to rest while you wait. Small touches are very evident at hotel. The housekeeping staff always checked on us if everything was perfect every day. Staff were excellent all around.The hotel is attached to a mall where you have bin dawood super market a money exchange many shops and a food court with various food outies. The only negative if I want to point out is that there is no recognition for world of Hyatt members as the dedicated counter at check in was not staffed. I highly recommend this hotel over the Zam Zam Tower hotels if you want to have a comfortable stay in Makkah and intend to pray 5 times namaz inside Al Haram without putting much of an effort.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. It was very centrally located. It was very clean and nice. Rooms were excellent. I was travelling with my family. Each and every staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. I had great pleasure in meeting Mr Arif. He not only made our stay pleasurable but also very memorable. He went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. I think he is an exceptional person.

Even the breakfast area was extraordinary. The house keeping were excellent. Each and everything was excellent. No words to describe the excellent service I have received.

Each and every staff from check-in counter to the waiters are exceptional. There was a very fine gentleman at the check in counter. He had a long beard. He was very helpful while we were checking in. And there was another lady who was very helpful too.

Impressive team, exceptionally clean hotel, seamless check-in and checkout, a diverse and delectable breakfast – a place to focus on your prayers to Allah.

I would like to thank the GM, the management, and the team for exceeding my expectations during my stay.
