Elaf Bakkah Hotel

Ideal location, the room was spacious and linen were clean. The Haram is 5 min drive from the hotel, they have hotel shuttle service which is from Saptco (Red buses) very jam packed, have to rush to get in or wait for another bus for 20 min to 30 min.

The room attendant Aziz Obayed took good care, he is quick and well mannered.

Good hotel, room is great, lifts are quick and 16 lifts minimum available. Obviously location isn't nearby but the bus shuttle service is free and is good. Breakfast is good and for 35 riyals. Would recommend staying here.

I like the hotel location. The breakfast buffet delicious and various. I like the food and restaurant stuff was very kind especially manager mohammad very kind and helpful. The restaurant location is very good and near to haram approximately 2 to 3 minutes by shuttle bus. The bus transport available 24 hrs.

Salam aleikom, the Hotel is very clean, good location, pendelbusses are 24/7 working.

My best regard to the hotel service especially to Mr. ASSRAFUL ISLAM who served us very well.

Good hotel at reasonable price. Free parking at the basement, free shuttle service and receptionists are cooperative. Although they need to modify their breakfast menu but overall I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed 4 days. Shutter service available 24/7 just in entrance of the hotel. Location is very good. Just 2-3 minutes from bus to haram. Breakfast was ok. Hotel service was excellent. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice hotel for family stay and good bus/shuttle service in every 20 mins.

The room was cancelled by Agoda without notice for no reason. However the staff at the hotel managed to make a new reservation without hassle. The staff overall were nice and did feel I was in a *4 hotel. As many hotels in makkah 4 and 5 star usually don’t meet the European standards. The gentleman in the restaurant GAD was amazing. He has amazing customer service and approached us as we seemed lost. The quality was good. I look forward to returning soon إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ

It's my second time stay in Elaf Bakkah with my family.rooms are nice and cozy. Efficient service and the best thing about Elaf bakkah is its shuttle service to the HARAM and back 24 hours . I would come and stay in the same hotel next time I visit InshaAllah.

I stayed with my family. Decent hotel. I have no complaints. In front of hotel every 10 mins free bus service available. Less than 5 minutes drive to Haram. Bus stop is just close to haram. Plenty of shop's available close to hotel. Couple of restaurants for foods. Groceries and basic shopping.

WOW 🤩 what can I say? I have had the most pleasant and welcoming experience at Elaf Bakkah! I stayed for a total of 20days and felt welcomed and looked after.

The rooms were top standard and cleaned constantly by the Floor 5 staff Nihad Islam and the Burmese brother who accompanies him. They always smiled and sent their Salam to me every morning. Grateful for their hard work.

At the Restaurant the waiter Abdulrahman Suleiman looked after us during breakfast once again he was always so kind. Send his salam when he saw me and my father. The Captain Emad Mukhtar always welcomed us gracefully and gave my Elderly father care attention. He would converse with us.

Transport: I can assure you the Team here at Elaf get the job done! They have 24/7 shuttles to Masjid Haram 5mintues away. The Egyptian brother with the Glasses in particular was a fantastic driver so kind to us international guests. Very compassionate.

The reception! They spoke fantastic English and helped us with any concerns. I want to thank them to the staff in the morning & evening .

I was nervous coming to a new country but i can assure you Elaf have good staff! I will miss you all and InshaAllah I will return to this hotel 😊

Everything is perfect i think the management and staff changed after corona. Parking is good, the hotel has 2 levels for parking B1 & B2 and monitored by security 24/7 , Breakfast options are also nice , The only issue is WiFi which is very downside for the hotel, its very very slow stayed 17 days room 114 & 115 , complained daily for it and they don't have any answer for it. The buses for haram is very good and should be monitored by security strictly, hotel guests don't get a seat in the bus sometimes because overcrowd comes from other hotels and sit in Elaf Bus, this should be solved if security monitors guests before entering them in the bus.

Near to haram, conaidering the higher rates on clock tower, this is a best alternate.

The room boy kamruzzaman was the best person off elaf bakkah hotel , every day my room clean done , corridor clean ,lift ara good , hotel out side inside very beautiful .

Perfect place for money what you are spending 5 minutes drive to haram they have 24 hours service to haram after every 10 minutes , so no need to worry, excellent breakfast with the lot of variety continental and Arabic style food staff is very cooperative especially one lady at reception
Overall a very good experience in a reasonable price
