Nice stay.. i checked in at 4am to perform umrah and checked out by 2.30pm. The hotel has shuttle service also. Got it at very affordable rate.

I really liked the hotel’s guest service and room cleanliness. The front office staff Br. Siraj made the reservations easy especially during this Ramadan period. He was very helpful and understanding regarding different issues. I really hope to visit this hotel in my next visit to Makkah.

The breakfast buffet took me by a pleasant surprise! It was wonderful! The variety was great!
The bathroom was leaking and they immediately came to fix it. However, the way the washroom is designed, the entire Washroom gets wet once you take a shower. And there was a constant bad smell in the washroom too.
The fridge was just not working. It was actually warm in the fridge. I kept some fruits in there and they went bad. The room temperature was lower than the fridge's temperature!
The bus service is unpredictable. Sometimes, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and sometimes it comes very quickly.
Overall, it was a good experience staying there!

I recommend saying this hotel. The service are excellent. Especially tha room boy Mr. Ali hosen. Very helpful & smile face.

Hi was cleaning our room is very good nicely.

A nice hotel very close to the Haram. The hotel shuttle operates every 30 mins (give or take based on traffic) but its literally less than 5 mins down the road to the bus station which is a short walk away from the Haram/Clock Tower/malls and shops. Advice: Remember the hotel sign on the front window of the bus and where they drop you off because this is also where they pick you up from.

The Harmain Train Station is also a short 10 mins drive away by Taxi for 30 SR

The hotel has a small convenience store which is great for supplies if needed. A paid laundry service that do same day and next day service, a prayer room for men and women and buffet breakfast between 7.30 and 10am with a decent selection.

The best part however was the customer service. The check in and check out was really quick which I appreciated given the tiredness from travel and umrah. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided each time if needed, the staff at reception speak great english and are very hospitable and accommodated all requests.

Staff is very nice specially miss Heba, she is very nice cooperative and professional.
In room service staff Mr. Kawcher is very duty full polite, smiling and pays special attention to the guests comfort.

First person me wadea and miss amgad they are wonderful people doing the best service and they were too helpful and always smiling with very well coming feeling think that they are good persons for the right place thank you for mangers they select employees like that way

Accidentally left our safe wide open, with valuables inside. Came back to hotel in the evening and all items were still there after cleaning.

Clean rooms, great breakfast with lots of options. Shoraf good service at breakfast restaurant. There is a free bus that takes people from the hotel to Al Haram, or you can take a short taxi ride or walk.

Outstanding service! The staff anticipated our needs before we even asked. Truly made us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay.
