M Hotel Makkah by Millennium

The rooms were a great bargain for the price as it had fine dining many much to offer and the hotel was in an ideal location in the holy city just 9 mins away from the holy sanctuary by car. The hotel offered to shuttle service to the holy kabah while everything was nice the room service was quite late, I don't blame them as it was a busy time of the year

Clean rooms, Beautiful view, restaurant food is not up to par with Pakistani food which is expected. Indoor market is budget friendly the receptionists and reservations department is friendly. The concierge is nice and house keeping is great too

All in all, the hotel is great relative to the price you pay

I wish I give them 6 stars reviews.I am still staying at the hotel. I usually don’t like to review but but but giving 5 stars to M Millennium hotel because I have lot of following reasons.

1)very warm welcome from hotel staff at 2am check in.our flight was late from USA I was wondering maybe they will not give me check in but no issue.
2)Bus shuttle service was great always available no issue
3)I don’t know but someone was calling almost everyday to make sure our stay is good
4)they clean my room everyday
What else?stop complaining peoples it’s human nature to complain for nothing.

Good iftar, and economical price. Numan in F&B was great to deal with to make sure we get good seating. Many other servers unfortunately were not happy to assist or even listen. They definitely need training and coaching. Having a genuine smile on the face doesn't cost at all.

I booked the quad room for my Family and room and service is spot on. Really helpful staff, they top up tea bags, tea milk, sugar and water whenever we need it. Reception and Resturant staff are very nice and helpful.
It’s bit far from the Haram but they have shuttle service 24 hours which take us to the basement of the haram. It’s 5 stars hotel and it’s worth it to book it.

Very good Hotel overall. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and the food was very delicious. The rooms were a little cramped with 3 persons but apart from that there was nothing else missing :)

Me and my two friends were there 3 days for Umrah. We book one room with 3 bedrooms. The service was good, the room was clean. We had bus shuttle to the Haram every 30 minutes.

The hotel was really nice and service was very good all round from the time of check in to the time of check out.

Breakfast was awesome with many different options to indulge in. It was super clean everywhere. There were many lifts so waiting was very minimal.

Although the dostance it far from Al Haram there is a shuttle bus every hour. If the shuttle bus frequency can be increased to every 30 minutes that would be great.

Excellent value for money overall.

Nice hotel, it’s a little far (15 min by car / 30 min walk) from Haram but they do provide a regular and good shuttle service.
Rooms were nice, could improve a little on regular housekeeping but overall positive experience and would recommend.

Shuttle to the Haram was always on time and flows smoothly to and from the entire day. Can't complain about anything, staff were great, everything you needed was right in the hotel, even a barber on the M floor!

It was a very decent hotel with great comfort and quality service.The rooms are spacious and electric kettle and iron board is also present in the room.I would recommend others to stay in this hotel.

I stayed for 5 days. The place is good value to money. Rooms are neat and clean. I was satisfied with my stay.

Only compromise is bus shuttle service for which you loose
20 to 30 mins while going to Haram

The rooms and service were great, the staffs are super friendly. Their breakfast buffet is a top notch.The added convenience of an hourly bus service to Masjid Al Haram mitigates the distance, making it a practical choice despite the location being a bit distant from the Haram.

We stayed for a week. Very good hotel with a great ambiance; accessible by regular shuttle buses to and from haram every 15-20 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was okay. Pretty good place considering the value if you do not mind the distance from haram i.e. it's not within walking range.

Me and my husband loved our stay at the M Hotel in Mecca it was perfect the location and transportation to Harum was perfect the rooms where clean laundry service was amazing food and cafes where awesome the staff was amazing especially Hadeel she was the sweetest I will stay no where else but there I swear when we visit Mecca again inshallah

clean rooms and good breakfast. service is good but extremely slow. only a 5-10 min shuttle bus away from Masjid Al-Haram. coach drivers are very funny and welcoming

good location, and a short bus trip drops you at Kudai bus stop which is one of the closest locations to haram so you do not need to walk that long distance to get to Haram.
The hotel has a mini store where you can find most of your needs such as drinks snacks and water, prices are a bit high but not that much.
staff was very friendly, price was considered reasonable.
cleanness level is very good.
breakfast 4/5 good verities.
Room services 5/5
the only concern is room size, it's only 25 sqm which will be a problem if more than 2 are staying in the same room.
overall experience compared with the paid fees 4.5/5

Best out of the very few hotels. They have good rooms, nice over all 5 Star feel and way nice shuttle system in place to move their guest back n forth on time. Moreover their turkish coffee is best in lobby cafe.

This is good, cozy, luxury, and amazing... But little bit narrow. They have shuttle bus to Masjid al Haram for every single hour. Provide WiFi with medium speed easy to buffering Youtube. They serve any complain with fastest solution.. soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, even body lotion for your skin are available in Your room. Room AC never been turn off is running for 24hours, so after go from the outside never feel hot or sweaty... If You lucky You gonna got Makkah Clock Tower as Your room view but i've got two views because spend about 8 days in M Hotel. Secondly i've got dessert view in my window
