Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel

Great location for AlHaram. Better than being inside the clock tower. No real difference in distance. Also there is a taxi rank literally outside it. Staff were lovely. Lovely reception area and breakfast bar. Corridors and rooms feel a little dated but overall lovely place and the location tops it. Would stay here again.

Perfect location walking distance to the haram rooms were good and employees were friendly and helpful. I will say the only issue you will get is occasionally there are people outside the hotel that will see you and come harass you for money but it’s not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of.

Nazim islam has served us very well. During meal times, he proactively asks if anything is missing and takes all effort to make us comfortable and welcome.

Ajyad Makarem is a highly remarkable hotel with spacious clean rooms & very close to Haram Shareef , literally a 2 minute walk.

Staff really friendly, one in particular stood out was Saeed Khan whose hospitality was absolutely amazing, always smiling & and welcoming. Keep up the good work Saeed Bhai

Also not to forget Nusrullah Bhai at the egg station, who at the 2nd night of stay knew my order as I approached him. Made to perfection.

This is my second time at this hotel, the 1st being in 2017 & now 2024.

Rami at reception upon arrival, was really accommodating, as I needed a room close my elderly parents. We got 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with an internal door which was fantastic & made a very enjoyable stay.

I would highly highly recommended this hotel without any hesitation to anyone thinking of staying in Makkah 🕋

We stayed here during our Umrah 2024. We met Nazim Islam and he gave us an excellent service during our dinner here. He's always prompt in any of our enquiries. 2 thumbs up fr him. Do give him a recognition fr this.

I satay 3 day in makarem makkah hotel, this hotel is very good, housekeeping service is good. Clean is best, room and bathroom. Bed is every day change, room and bathroom smell is good thanks Mr. Habib and mr rafique and shofiq

The accommodation that i have received from nazrul from the bellman department was fantastic. He had made me and my sisters feel really comfortable. May Allah reward him highly. I suggest you give him a pay rise as he gives 150%

Incredible services and care provided from the minute we got into the hotel. Lovely room, house cleaning immensely good thanks to Noor Ul Islam and Shakeel both were very helpful and quick. Services all around hotel were great from room 409. Will definitely book again with you when we come for Umrah again!!

I had the single room 2 beds , and each bed was queen size which was amazing , the TV is big and the room in general good size and clean .. Great location and everything is around you .. the coffe machine wasn't working in the room that's the only thing .

Honestly saying, this was one of the best hotel we have stayed ever since. the people here is such a pleasant one's who always keep a smile on their face which would give make our heart smile.

Rooms are very well kept by them cleanliness is a plus point. We had taken a quadruple room with four seperate beds inside. although the washroom is a bit small but it doesn't make us feel like that. It is also at a walkable distance from haram.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room and bedding were clean. The bathroom was modern and excellent shower. The Hijaz restaurant in the hotel was great with lots of variety. The staff were really considerate and helpful especially Mohammad Yasin and Nazmul. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Haram

Amazing experience with the most wonderful staff. As third stay within under a year we have been extremely happy on each visit, amazing staff, amazing service and amazing food. A special mention to Mr Saeed Khan for always going above and beyond and making our stay very memorable and enjoyable and a special thanks to Mr Hussaam for upgrading us to a suite which was very much appreciated by us all, we look forward to coming again too.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nazrul the bell boy arranged taxi from the hotel to Madina - the taxi he recommend was great, the owner Arif was really friendly, accommodating took us on Ziyaret.

All the staff have been great, made areas for salaat when it’s been really busy during the last 10 days of Ramadan.

The air conditioning in the room was good. The location is good, walk straight down to the masjid within 5 minutes.

The cafe staff are good, even order room service for you.

Any issues we had with the hotel, for example the sink was blocked was sorted out immediately without any fuss.

The only criticism I have is the lifts. The lifts wizz by without stopping at your floor and you have to wait a little bit longer for a lift to finally stop. There are no stairs leading to the Lobby which means you need to wait for the lift.

Overall I would stay here again and highly recommend it. This was the best hotel we stayed in Makkah.

Overall this hotel was great. I've spend 3d2n and feel awesome. Near from haram, room obviously smells good, comfortable & clean,good mantain too. Perfect ~
Breakfast was nice & i've try some latte in their coffee shop. Staff were friendly,good communicate, expecially their barista, Citra Adipura was treat me so much well, humble and awesome help me to try best and recomended menu they've. I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Thank you ^^

room are not very big, but acceptable service is good.
