I am using mobily for last 3 years and i pay my bills from this store all the time. And there is one guy Ahmed Abdul Aziz Sarhan He is the sweetest person in this store. Always smiling and helping people even when he is busy. Today I visit the strore and there was one woman she wanted to ask about her new sim card and there was another guy he started shouting at her and she cried and Mr. Ahmed help her with smile and Said sorry to her. I want to suggest to bring more people like Mr.Ahmed in mobily. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a Saudi Sim whilst on Hajj/Umrah I would definitely recommend Mobily. Their customer service will not be beaten and will be rarely matched anywhere you go in Saudi.
