I'm staying in this hotel more than 1 month. Very well experienced. Very nice location & Clean room. They provide me breakfast with room. There restaurant staff are very professional & helpful. I meet with food and beverage manager Mr sabur very good man and friendly as well.

It's hotel are Good.. But Receptionist not Good not providing service as Requested on Booking time we Requested Double Bed. And Receptionist give us two Single room bed and wsas very Bad Smell at the Floor

My stay very good good place breakfast Very good service also all staff Help full, Mr sayed in restaurant one of the Pest, thank you Again

i was scared of picking a hotel because i’m obsessed with cleaning and nice bed but this hotel is pretty amazing. They are helpful and nice. Rooms are clean. Wifi is fast. Toilets and showers are very nice and clean. I’ll come here again. Plus there is bus to haram for free

I m writing this in my pure intentions, A very warm welcome by the staff and assisted me in a very warm manner, it was like a second home really to me as what i have requested they delivered to my room, rooms are quite spacious and clean washroom is good enough, bed is quite comfortable, staff is awesome, from Mr. Ismaeil ibrahim who guided us in a very positive way about hotel and its services then Miss. Naada at reception an awesome lady who welcomed us in very warm way and special thanks to Mr. Kamran in restaurant who was always helpful to us and served us in a great hospitality. Their breakfast menu and taste is delicious every day they change the dishes and variety of dishes are added daily.
My friend Yousuf who accompanied me is asking to write more positively about the services of Mercure staff, really good words from him. Whatever i have written here is just on one go and pure and honest review. we ll definitely come again and will prefer to stay here inshALLAH

The hotel in genral i's good i have some things like bus times and cleanliness, but overall it’s i's good the restaurant i's delicious and tidy. Thanks to all staff all Help full, Specially Mr. Sayed

My 2 time in Mercure I have no problem with anything I trying breakfast in restaurant was lovely, Mr Sayed in restaurant any thing I asked him he said don't worry sir I will help you think you again Mr sayed
