Amazing chicken burger , the chips are probably the best I’ve ever had . Good service and received food in good time . Good location too .

Honestly the best burger fix after doing Hajj or Umrah! McDonald’s is a bit of a tourist trap and most people go there but Hardee’s was relatively a lot less busy. Much easier to order (not a lot of waiting even in peak Hajj period) and the meat doesn’t run out like it does at McDonalds. The fries are also pretty good. The only problem you’ll have is getting a seat in the food court so make sure you have someone scouting for a table (and ask someone nicely who is finishing up) whilst your order. Honestly my favourite burger joint in Makkah, highly recommended if you enjoy a good burger.

Beef burgers are much better than others. Sometimes it's very hard to find seats because seats are open for all.

Good burger , fast service and good hospitality

Sitting arrangement around this place is very tight and you have to be lucky to find seat during rush hours. Sometimes ques are long especially at dinner time. Customer service is slow at times but quality of food is great. Their grilled burger is very soft and juicy. Strawberry shake is awesome. Just need some big space and a better seating arrangement for their customers
