Great customer service. Purchased a Kamado Joe BBQ classic 2 model after a friends recommendation. It developed a problem with the wheel which they replaced under warranty, no problem. The two female staff members are friendly and efficient. Would recommend this high quality store.

Importeco is a great store! I've bought many high quality items there, either they had them in store or ordered them and got them in time for reasonable prices. They are always my first address when I need anything for the kitchen or household related, be that a small vegetable knife, a barbeque, an espresso machine, or a large kitchen appliance (or, when the time comes) a full kitchen. The people there are friendly, helpful, and have a great attitude. I can highly recommend Importeco and will go there to support the local business!
