Helydoce Café

Traditional Portuguese pastry/bakery and coffee shop. The sweets are home made. We got a ham and cheese on brioche bread and a donut. The egg cream custard in any of the sweets are to die for. The croquets were very tasty too. Worth the visit if you are in the area!

Stumbled upon this cute little bakery shop. Was hungry so grabbed a few things. It was super delicious and very fresh. Really affordable too. Owner was very friendly. We ended up getting a whole set of box to go cause it was soooooooo goood! Can't go wrong here

Amazing pastries!! We had a walnut muffin, pastel de nata and chocolate nutty swirl(?). Really enjoyed all. Great prices as well!

Great coffee and pastries! My wife and I relaxed and enjoyed 4 cafe with milk and some pastries for breakfast. Good place to stop if passing through Lagoa or staying for the beaches.

The best pastelaria we tried in all of Portugal! Fresh, simple, well-made, well-priced. The best brunch we had in Algarve. Highly recommend trying if you’re near Bengali caves for the day.

We had a freshly made ham and cheese sandwich as well as some pasteis de nata. Both were excellent. Really great bakery

We came for lunch, sandwich, club sandwiches and pastries, also got a big birthday cake. All the things we had were just as good, if not better then places we have been, but the birthday cake was just amazing, not pricey and super yummy

Great Portuguese Pastelaria! Perfect for a delicious break fast full of good cakes and coffee. Nice staff and a lot of different types of cakes. Regional cakes from Algarve too and a good relations price/quality.

The Helydoce Pasteleria & Cafe is a friendly place on a quiet-ish street in Lagoa.
Free on-street parking nearby, but not much else of interest in the immediate area.
There is a covered area outside with a few tables. More tables inside and a mouth-watering selection of pastries.
The fruit pastry & coffee in the photo cost only €2.30 (Sept 2018).
