ALDI Portimão

My first visit to an Aldi that isn't in the UK. Good selection of food, not set out as clearly as a UK store and wine dotted around the store rather than all in one place. The member of staff who served me at the till was very polite.

Good quality food, some items are cheaper than in Continente. It's the only supermarket in the area that carries 100%Arábica coffee.

Great place to shop.

A bit expensive but okay

I shop at Aldi whilst I'm at home in North Yorkshire, so it made sense to try the Portuguese version.
Fantastic fresh food at consistently great prices, much better value than the Pingo Doce & Intermarche that are local to the villa we are staying at.
All the staff are friendly & helpful too.

I've been going at this store for the past two years and the product quality never disappointed me.

A typical Aldi. Great Prices, Good Selection.

We always first go to Lidl because it has more of the things that we buy, then to this Aldi, which is next door, and finally to the Continente, which is across the street for what we cannot find at either (e.g. certain brands).

Wonderful place to do your shopping. Wide variety of foods to select from, always fresh produce, and extremely competitive pricing, but best of all no queues, staff consistently helpful, quick to check you out, and so friendly, always smiling, and chatty if engaged.
