Casa do Mar

This place is incredible! Views of a vineyard and Pico on one side and amazing ocean views on the other. It is a short walk to a natural swimming hole and pretty close to the center of Madalena. We had rented a scooter to explore the island, between the house and town we were there in less than 5 min!
The hosts and their family are very sweet and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The house was built by them and almost everything (chairs, bed frames etc..) was also built by hand! The kitchen is well equipped and we even stayed in to make dinner rather than go out because of how beautiful and tranquil the home was. One of my top favorite places I have ever stayed!

Amazing stay 10 min walk from Madalena harbour directly next to the sea with view on Faial and Mount Pico. Stella and Viktor were great hosts. You have a nice breakfast and a public area you can use to cook and chill. It is a place to feel home even though you are travelling the beautiful Azores.

We highly recommend this place if you are staying in Pico island! Victor and Stella are great hosts and you can feel and see their great care and attention to details to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The beds are really comfortable, the house is very well built and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Madalena center and all its restaurants and to different natural pools. Bring goggles as the water is super clear. The yoga room is great and so is breakfast.

Alloggio a qualche metro dell oceano, costruito secondo standard tedeschi dal proprietario viktor e sua moglie stella. Camere semplici ma rilassanti, letti grandi e comodi, si dorme cullati dal rumore delle onde. Ottima colazione. Sistemazione perfetta per qualche giorno di relax immersi nella natura. Proprietari molto simpatici e disponibili a fornire preziosi consigli. Prezzo giusto per la qualità offerta.

Perfekter Ort, um die schöne Insel Pico zu erkunden und abends zurück in die gemütliche Unterkunft zu kommen. Leckeres Frühstück, gemütliche Betten und in allen Richtungen ein traumhafter Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Casa, entorn, família….tot meravellós i encantador.
Està al costat de la ciutat i a prop de llocs per menjar però tens sensació d’aïllament.

A entrada para a propriedade tem um grande desnìvel e à noite não estava iluminada. O meu amigo caíu e ficou muito magoado. Considero esse alojamento um local a evitar, sobretudo por razões de falta de segurança.
