Friendly staff. Third party gym owner was nice. Serious breakfast options. Would book again :)

Ok the hotel itself might be a little dated but there’s somehow a bit of the old world charm here. The breakfast buffet is not bad at all!
The service at this hotel is very good and charges are extremely fair. Dinis did a great job helping us from checking in through to the airport drop off, thank you!

The hotel is located in a busy area of Madalena, the staff speaks excellent English and has good knowledge of local attractions. We had a few issues connecting to wifi in our room the first two days and a simple router reset fixed it. Our key cards also stopped working a few times, they are very sensitive to other magnetic fields, but this was also easy to resolve.

The place is very clean, parking is free and there is also a parking lot behind the hotel (12 hour limit, but according to the locals it is not enforced).

Breakfast was included in our stay, 7 to 10 am every morning. There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. Their coffee is excellent.

Great location - a few steps from ferry terminal and 3 minutes to center of Madalena. Nice hotel, the biggest in Pico island. All (or almost all) rooms have a balcony. A lot of with sea view and over Faial. Very good, varied breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Bathtub and shower in the bathroom.
Fridge, AC, hairdryer, LCD TV, big wordrobe in room.
Nice staff, 24 hours receptions, bar.
Pretty big, free car park for guests.
Outside swimming pool in spring and summer.
Great fish restaurant next to back door.

Very valuable Hotel.

For sure no 4* anymore but reffering to the age it's totally ok.

The Cleaning is very good.

Breaktfast is ok, has everything you need but could be more for a 4*.

Very cosy Hotel with 4 stars that make justice to it in all services.
It has a ferry boat docking just in front, which facilitates quite a lot, the travel between islands in Açores, without forgetting the landscape that behaves.

Here i like to come for 3 weeks.really

Bom Hotel com um excelente pequeno almoço perto da gare marítima da Madalena.

Recomendo a todos amigos desconhecidos conhecidos familiares. Por méro acaso já estive alojado nesse hotel há alguns atrás quando tive fazer uma viagem e gostei muito. E claro a localização é excelente
