Have have rented a motorcycle from this location twice and my experience was very good. Friendly staff and the process of picking up and returning the bike was very easy. I will come back, soon I hope.

Very good experience. The line was long, but they were giving each customer very individual attention. They were able to upgrade us to a car with a GPS which we desperately needed. Great car.

They were friendly and efficient and helpful and we thought prices were reasonable. They were well organised, but we did have a long wait to book the vehicle. The vehicle was great.

The pickup and drop off were great experiences for me. The agent at pick up was very communicative and informative. I was also nice surprised that they were giving me a new car with very low mileage. It's very easy to drive in Portugal and when using the motorway Europcar has toll tag already built in. Drop off at airport was easy too and the offer complimentary shuttle bus transfer to the terminal. Would definitely rent again due to service received and competitive pricing

Great experience at this location. I'm always weary of rental car companies but this location was fantastic. Super friendly staff and they were great to deal with. Car was clean and pretty new (3000km). Would definitely recommend for foreigners.

Friendly and fast customer service. I have rented from this place at least 15 times, and this is the only place in Porto I rent from. The vehicles are always clean and usually have newer models. Reserving a car in advance helps. Best tip/advice is to rent using the Europcar app. The fairs are cheaper.

Excellent experience at the downtown Porto location! Great staff and good cars.

Only advice I have is to make sure you ask the staff for the best gas station for your return. It can be a major pain trying to find a petrol station that is open if you plan on returning near the closing time of 1930.

Had a great experience at this location. Did a 1 way rental from Porto to Lisbon and go a nice upgrade.

first we went to Eurpocar downtown to check for rent the next day, and met the sales person (the man on right corner counter) hes very nice and informatif, speak fluent english too.
the next day we met another person Irina Cosda, she giving us a nice service too, explaining everything about the car and anything we need to know about driving in Porto

we got a blue fiat, car look new and clean, fuel was full, also there is an automatic machine to pay if you need to use to toll

We came 20/07/23 to Porto office at 11 am - there were 3 or 4 specialists working, so there were no lines. Specialists were polite and explained everything. We took Fiat 500 automatic, It had a small engine and quite strange transmission, but we were ok. On 20/07 Europcar blocked on bank card rental price (200 EUR) + 100 EUR deposit (we had full insurance with 0% excess), on the day of car return the amount 300 EUR was unblocked and 200 EUR was debited (so the deposit was returned the same day). It’s better to check bank statement because you may not see this in the app or in sms notification. Its impossible to change name of main driver after you made reservation (so you can’t change that 2nd driver would sign the agreement instead of 1st). As the specialist told us on a hot line it is possible to pay with different card, and not the same that you put in your reservation. Toll fees 3 days drive from Porto to Lisbon cost us 12.80 EUR. Friendly service. We were afraid of bad reviews but had very positive experience

The entire process from reserving a rental online, to returning the car, was effortless. There were no surprise fees. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

We spontaneously rented a car for one day at 7am and picked it up at 8:30am. We got a completely new car and the pickup took just 10min. Overall a good experience.

Picked up the car from Porto Portugal and drove to Seville Spain. Great customer service at pick up and a new car which was very nice.

Kind and efficient staff. Walking distance from Old Town. Good and affordable car. Highway automatic pay device was more than useful for a tourist as myself.
