Ali has everything you need at an affordable price and he closes late so if you need anything late at night they are there for your convenience! They have alcohol, water, toiletries, food, detergent, just anything! Past 2 AM just knock and Ali will open the door for you! His store is clean and close to the Center. Thank you Ali for your kindness!

I came here at night when all the shops were closed. I was searching for the garlic and first it seemed that the shop is closed as the lights were off but then the Ali came and gave me a garlic. Such a good experience. Highly recommended!

Ali is great and friendly! His supermarket is open till very late most nights (5am). Great for American travelers like myself, who may be looking for wine at 3am. Even if the door is closed, you just have to knock!

Last night was legendary thanks to our night hero Ali. When we realized at 1:30AM our last beer was empty and that the fishing show was just starting on the Discovery Chanel, we were very sad. Especially that all night shops around us were closed ! Then we found Ali Supermarket with amazing reviews and inspiring stories of the Garlic and the toothpaste, our favourites. We knew Ali would save us for sure !
After a short walk in front of the Chapel of Souls, we found the kindest of all night heroes of Porto, who welcomed us with a smile and fresh beers, what a hero !
Someone told us an American and a Russian even found love at Ali’s supermarket, legendary story.
He even had Aloe Vera for us, truly amazing shop, we will come back !

Pro tip: Ali shop is open all night but after 2am he closes so make sure to knock. His got beer cigs anything u want just knock and he’ll open the door .

Open until 5am. Ali will come and answer the door if you knock. Great late night option while on vacation and staying nearby.

Good shopping Center and grocery. Price is okay

This place is there for you when everyone is closed. OPEN UNTIL 05:00 AM. Nice little shop that has everything you need at very good price, you can buy a beer for 1 Euro or bottle of wine for 2.5 Euros.

We showed up at 4 am and Ali graciously showed us inside, we bought duck taste, chicken taste and bacon and onion mashed potatoes it was good I really liked it and he is the best he is the OG Porto super Mercat

As the story goes, about the garlic and the toothpaste, and not to forget the aloe vera handcream, in times of necessity.

Ali just is there to help people in need, it is on his accomplishments, the foundations of Porto are build and are still standing strong till this moment.

It was amazing after an amazing night he opened the store just for us because because he knew we needed food you must go here if you need food - just knock the door if it’s late and he will open :)

I was looking for Indian hair oil and umbrella. I got them here. They have Indians spices as well.
