A great place to relax. Pure nature and wonderful river views.
Monica is a perfect hostess. With her open and honest personality she creates a very special atmosphere. We gladly followed her advice for trips and restaurants.
The lovingly prepared breakfast on the sunny terrace will be in our memory for a long time.

This BB is a wonderful estate overlooking the river, just a few kilometres from beautiful sandy beaches. We stayed in a newly built detached cottage with a wide walk in shower, large room with sofa, comfortable bed, fridge with welcome water and cake. The room has a patio with sun loungers, table and chairs and a garden shower. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful with fresh, local products, served in the garden overlooking the pool. The estate offers the possibility of walking and trekking to the river.
Thumbs up for sustainability: hot water and electricity are provided by solar panels.
A beautiful discovery immersed in nature, to return to.

Perfect place if you want an idyllic location with peace and quiet, but you still want all the comforts. We will come back for sure! Great breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A stay at Monte do Zambujeiro turned out to be MUCH more than just a holiday. It was a whole experience in itself due to Monica and her team's attention to detail. Also, the location is absolutely stunning, there is so much to do onsite that we didn't need to go anywhere else. We could easily have stayed longer but know we will return! Thank you!

Staying here was truly a pleasure. The peaceful area with no traffic and only good views, the nights full of stars and a warm stay. Our staff was very polite and cleaning was done good and swiftly. If you are looking for the perfect little get-away then I would definitely recommend this!

Amazing experience

Ein tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage etwas abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine kleine Terrasse, sogar mit Außendusche. Das Gelände ist sehr weitläufig und wunderschön am Fluss gelegen. Ein Ort zum Ruhe finden und Entspannen.

Não podia ter escolhido melhor local para relaxar... muito tranquilo e aprazível. Um lugar à beira rio que conforta famílias. Staff muito tranquilo e acolhedor. Simpatia e amabilidade top. Já agora, um aparte, mas igualmente importante: muito obrigada à D. Mónica que foi uma querida, super atenciosa e que nos reservou mesa na melhor tasca local.
Sem dúvida que o Monte do Zambujeiro será um local a voltar, da próxima vez com os miúdos...

El hotel está en una paraje espectacular, separado del pueblo pero muy cerca para ir en coche. La habitación estaba genial (lo único que reseñaría negativamente es que el colchón es un poco incómodo). El desayuno súper completo y de calidad. La piscina tiene unas vistas espectaculares. La atención de Monica y su equipo, de 10! Súper serviciales. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveremos!!

Local paradisíaco, calmo e frito por encomenda para descansar. A vista para o rio é lindíssima. A piscina e toda a zona envolvente é captivante. Os quartos/apartamentos são espaçosos, alegres e cheios de luz. A proprietária, a Mónica, é uma simpatia assim como todo o restante pessoal. A distância até Vila Nova de Milfontes funciona como uma boa razão para cozinhar e ficar a gozar o local. Recomendo vivamente

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort. Es ist etwas abgelegen, am Rande vom Naturschutzgebiet und damit sehr ruhig.Wir lieben so etwas. Und doch nah genug an der nächsten Stadt, um mal eben zum Essen zu fahren. Und ein supertoller persönlicher Service. Alle Menschen dort sind super nett und gastfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Von unserem Bungalow aus, in dem vier Doppelzimmer untergebracht waren, konnten wir noch nicht einmal die Rezeption sehen. Statt dessen kam uns ein Esel auf dem Weg zum Frühstück entgegen. Eine kleine Frühstücksterrasse, mehrere Sitzgruppen rundherum und jede mit einem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet mit einem traumhaften Blick über den Fluss. Jedes einzelne Frühstück wurde morgens persönlich zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Außerdem gehört ein schöner Pool dazu, von dem aus man ebenfalls über das sehr große naturnahe Gelände schauen kann.
Monika, mit deiner Hilfe sind unsere flying chicken in Deutschland wohlbehalten abgekommen :-) Viele liebe Grüße
