I leave the car every week for at least 3 nights. Service is great overall. I had only once (in more than 15 times) one big delay in the delivery when I arrived, but overall my car was always well treated.
I just would expect to have a fidelity card, once the competition is charging a different price, and they could make a discount for frequent customers.

On time to collect my car. It was a good service. After calling to have the car delivered I had a short wait. Helpful and friendly. All round a good service.

Perfect drop off with quick and speedy airport shuttle drop off. Very friendly staff, easy to navigate. Step by step instructions.

We also got our car brought directly to us at the airport late at night in a prompt time span once we called on arrival.

For the price this is great valet service! Very impressed

Great experience, I needed to flight out of Lisbon and come back few days later. Called them to book a spot, and in few hours dropped my car at the garage.

When I came back, my car (electrical) was fully charge and the transfer waiting for me at the airport.

It was very easy to book and the staff made drop off and pick up very easy as well.

Good service reasonably priced. But irritating that they now add €10 to the cost to either bring your car to the terminal or send the minibus - used to be free for the minibus. So now you have to pay the €10 with no way to avoid. But still good value.

Simple but 100% efficient service. Call center answer time is perfect. Price is competitive. Service quality is good. Used already a couple times and is highly recommended.
Improvements:
- Web site could be improved, e.g. providing client registration in order to have access to historical data, reservations, invoices, etc.
- Drop off location is bad, due to the constant traffic jams. Easyparking should establish an alternative location to speed up drop off

Always on time. Never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be picked up after collecting our luggage. Paid extra to get the car cleaned and it looked like new!

It was reliable and fast. Staff was very nice. When I arrived to terminal one, two staff members were already waiting. The person who took my car explained exactly what the process would be like be to get the car back. And once I arrived back to Lisbon, they promptly brought back the car and we sorted payment on the spot. Moreover, I was able to make th reservation at midnight, 6 hours before dropping off the car. Really convenient! .
