A small village family joint, all the local farmers go for lunch here.
Surprisingly one of the best dinning experiences in Azores through our 3 week trip.
Maybe because the food is made with love and feels homemade. Everybody speaks english at some degree.
Had limpets, parrotfish and tuna, which were tasty.
The atmosphere is a local experience, don’t expect something fancy or etc

Excellent staff. No wait for table and little wait for the excellent food!! Definitely recommend

They had a lunch buffet with enough food choices. But they also have the normal. Menu available if you don't like the buffet.

Very nice, local restaurant. We've stopped there for lunch - the food was great, the deserts are awesome. Would totally go back when we're nearby :) Also, they accept Sao Jorge vouchers - check this out! Muito obrigado!

Cute little restaurant! We stayed on this side of the island when we visited and are glad we got to check out this spot! Friendly workers with good food. We ordered some sort of a layered cake for dessert that was super delicious! I recommend stopping in!

Free Camping spot. Most of the time you can camp alone there

Family restaurant, realy nice service and local atmosphere.
We shared a great (great) cow rib and the best limpets we had in the whole trip.
Another plus is that, unlike most of the restaurants on the island, this one does not close after lunch. Go, and visit Topo.

Great option for lunch. Very nice fish and steaks. The "dish of the day" is offerred for a ridiculously low price. Finally, the hosts are extremely friendly. 5 stars!

Everything was awesome, loved the food and meeting people who knew my grandparents.

Stopped for a quick break, had a little soda and some snacks/desserts. It was a really nice and cozy place, would definitely recommend!

Simple place with lovely staff and a comfy outdoor section. The food was simply fantastic. Both self-service and menus are offered here.

A wonderful restaurant that was recommended by local residents. The food was great and they have beer, wine and liquor. The kids loved the pizza.
