Fantastic place with amazing staff. They accommodated our four despite our reservation only being for two and despite a late arrival. Very centrally located near enjoyable Mercado Balhao. Very nice breakfast included. Booked a ride to the airport with professional driver too.

Great location, very clean rooms. We rented the apartment style room. Comes with a kitchen and living area. The staff was also very nice and helpfull.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It is perfectly situated near the center of Porto and it is ideal for families. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very modern and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet was great too; lots of options and very tasty.
There is parking on the street, which is relatively easy to get and the hotel also offers a parking garage but it must be reserved ahead of time. I absolutely loved our hotel and would stay there again a million times. Thank you!

Small room but clean and comfortable. Fair breakfast. Very close to a metro station. About 15mins walk from Ribeira.

Check-in: easy, staffs were professional, pleasant and welcoming; Lia at the front desk was very helpful and courteous, provided excellent customer service
Room: very clean ; had a fridge, toiletries and efficient air temperature controlled air conditioner; Tip: set the shower below the maximum water flow so the drain can work well
Breakfast: excellent, had coffee, juices, warm and cold items … very good … staffs in that department were attentive and nice
Transport: they arranged our airport pick up for a fee and it was stress -free; the wonderful driver had a sign at the airport and took us directly to the hotel

The service was amazing! The rooms were so large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Rooms very clean, large bed; very friendly staff, and welcoming reception especially from Lenora. Easy to get to - direct from Metro Trindade Station (the Metro takes you everywhere else around the city). Location is quiet, but there are many shops, restaurants / places to eat (and amenities) just around the corner. All round a pleasant stay, and will definitely stay here again! This hotel/apartment is highly recommended!

The hotel is situated close to the river, restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel are amazing, always willing the assist. They serve a breakfast which I thoroughly enjoyed. Not just a continental breakfast. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Staff are polite and very friendly. Great place.

Nice hotel in a good location. Near many shopping locations, food and tourist attractions. Also not a far walk from the river. The rooms have a nice patio and wifi. There is no mini bar or refrigerator.

We recently visited Porto and our stay during our 6 days in town was great. We had an issue with our apartment on the first day and they moved us to another one without any trouble. Receptionists are always kind and helpful. The apartments are great, fully equipped, and very clean. We will sure be back. The area is also great with loads of options of restaurants, supermarkets, metro. Highly recommended :)

Hotel has everything you need. Parking garage (you have to pay), very nice breakfast, good location, nice stuff. Really recommend this place!

Such good quality for the price. We stayed with 4 people in a one bedroom apartment. 2 slept on the sofa that gives you a cozy night. Very new interior with a kitchen that was brand new and very clean bathroom. More than enough space for 4 people. Receptionists were very nice to us every time. We could leave our luggage there although we already checked out.

Facilities were incredible.
Clean rooms, design and maintenance wise. Our reservation was for a superior suite and it included a kitchen with stove top, oven and a dishwasher. My only complaint about the room is the placement of the toilet, if you're sharing your room, and someone wants to head inside, your toes won't be happy. But otherwise, it's a very good place, confortable beds, breakfast is more than enough.

It's a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Porto for a couple days. Within walking distance of Torre dos Clérigos and the famous bridge.
Highly recommend for couples and family members.

Great hotel in a quiet area. Close to the Trindaded metro station that provides an easy trip to and from the airport. Super helpful staff . The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Best hotel to stay in. Location is such that in walking distance of 15 minutes from hotel you can see all the spots. No need for metro ticket if you can walk.
Rooms are too big, with modular kitchen, you can even cook in hotel if you want. Big rooms spacious, AC is all rooms. Big almirah, beautiful and spacious bathroom.
Staff is very cooperative. We came 3 hours earlier than check in time but the hotel staff allowed us to check in the hotel as we had kids and rooms were amazing. You have a fridge, dish washer, dinning table, coffee maker with coffee,sugar,salt,pepper,oven, dish washer, cups, plates, cutlery. First aid box and hair dryer.
You name it and you have it in your room. I would have given it seven stars if I had an option. Breakfast was amazing and staff was too friendly and cooperative with a smile. Breakfast is at 5 th floor which is basically the terrace and it's amazing having coffee and enjoying the Beautiful scenery outside.
All must come and stay here. Burhao station is just in walking distance and you can catch the train for your destination and cumpana .

Absolutely a nice place to stay. A very accomodating personnels from reception(Luisa) to breakfast crews. Very clean rooms (family room) and complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Very near to tourists spots...highly recommended hotel to stay for family and group of friends. Surely we'll stay here on our next vacation to Porto

Wonderful place to stay! The staffs are nice and speak English well. The room is clean and big, providing a microwave, TV, and two air conditioners (4-people room). Breakfast included, and some snacks and coffee are provided 24 hours. After your meals, just leave dirty dishes and cups on the table, the staff will clean up everything. Big metro/bus station Trindade is nearby, so it's very convenience.

Would actually give this hotel an 6 out of 5. Everything met our expectations! Location is convenient - near city centre, there are all the useful tools in the kitchen, - there is even a oven!, bathroom and rooms are nice and comfortable. The only small thing I would complain is the lighting in the dining area is dim. Highly recommend.
