A very good restaurant bar with a friendly owner who makes you feel welcomed. We ate in here during our stay in Portimao and we were never disappointed. The fish is just very good and the cafe as well.

Amazing local find. Couple has been running it for 30 years. Best food in town. Grilled sardines, Portuguese steak and home made rice pudding. Hot Fire don't miss out.

A classic Portuguese family restaurant. One Sunday we were there a family group were having lunch - three generations happily chatting and eating together. Try the perfectly cooked swordfish steak - tender and juicy - and the melon and prosciutto (with your host's excellent trick of spearing a slice of lemon through its skin with your fork, then using the same fork to pick up your melon. Delicious.) Ice cold Super Bock to keep you going, which seems somehow to evaporate before you..! (Only joking.) Very good prices compared to the seafront cafes and a nice walk up from the harbour side through shopping streets shaded with canvas awnings - cool and elegant. Give yourself a true Portimao treat and go.

Excellent food service and price cannot fault. Three of us had main meals, beer wine gin and tonic all for under forty euro.

Petite cantine très sympa serveur au petit soin viande ou poisson. Plein de locaux le patron parle français. Je recommande ce petit restaurant avec une ambiance locale et a la décoration typique. Allez y sans hésiter

Como sempre, a comida portuguesa é simplesmente excelente, super e refinada, aqui o povo domina o seu trabalho, vem aqui de novo e de novo com prazer.

Buen servicio y buen producto. Típico restaurante de barrio portugués donde comerse un buen pescado. Inmejorable relación calidad-precio y amabilísimo trato por parte del dueño. Fuimos varias veces y siempre salimos contentos

Por fin he encontrado un buen sitio a buen precio en el Algarve. Pescados fresquísimos y muy buen punto de cocción. Servicio muy familiar. Éramos los únicos extranjeros del local. Sardinas impresionantes, sepia en su tinta buenísimas, cuatro cervezas y dos cafés del tiempo ( la primera vez que lo preparan en condiciones) por 30€. Muy recomendable. Gracias y no cambiéis nunca.

Comida caseira muito boa, atendimento muito bom

Buena atención, pescados exquisitos a un precio aceptable. El atún estaba espectacular. Para recomendar y repetir.

Uma gema escondida em Portimão. Sugiro comerem a bifana na frigideira. Atmosfera relaxante de tasca pequena e bom atendimento.
