Hotel Premium Chaves - Aquae Flaviae

Good location, next door to Termas and walking distance to many restaurants and old town. Clean rooms, good housekeeping, reasonably priced.

Really nice hotel in really nice location. The room was great and well stocked. Had a minor issue with the safe in my room but quickly had the actual manager of the hotel come and sort it, which I've seen happening only a few times, in 4-5 star hotels. Always a good sign when management is around.

Overall, definitely felt more like a 4 star, though I wish the breakfast service had fresh fruit juices rather than store bought, which would have better matched that 4 star quality.

Great hotel. We've stayed here a few times. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have secure underground parking for motorbikes and they're centrally located to walk to everything as well as being good value for money. 😊

Excellent hôtel, lovely rooms and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and well located to visit Chaves. Very good buffet breakfast. Parking in hotel grounds. Good value.

Close to the river and a 500 meter walk to the Roman Bridge. And its a short walk to the old town and castle. The hotel is modern and the staff is very courteous. Rooms have good views and are spacious. The restaurant is excellent. Try the Brasilian grill entree. I'll be back next time I'm in Portugal.
