Art'aska - Restaurante Bar and wine shop

Charming pub with cool interior design. When every other place was closed for siesta, they were still open and serving food. Seafood was good, the prawns, the fried squid, the fish and chips were fresh and tasty. I didn't particularly care for the mussels but my husband liked them. Waiter was friendly and helpful with his recommendations. The Bulgarian girl who works there was excited when ahe saw us and was super nice and friendly.

One of the best decorated restaurants that I have come across. A space for everyone and to everyone a place to dine. Food was good and authentic. The place lives up to its name of Art. Best Parking is underneath Lidl supermarket. A short walk to the restaurant. Driving and parking along the winding and hilly cobblestones streets of Silves can be difficult to navigate up to the castle and church. Come early then have lunch later. Parking up there was impossible around 10am.

Excellent food. A large birthday party was taking place and the atmosphere was terrific, typical Portuguese. Will be back in September with a group of golfing friends. Got to share this superb bar with others. And the wine? Excellent selection and guidance.

Located across the Rio Arade, this restaurant was a great find. The interior decor is a mix of wood, antiques and interesting art. The burgers are fresh, juicy and cooked to perfection. The French fries are crisp and hot. The staff are lovely and accommodating.

if you visit the Algarve in Portugal, you must go to Artaska in Silves with a different and innovative decoration and try the Artaska menu. Fantastic… !!! I strongly recommend!!! Friendly staff… amazing…!!

If you like a great, homemade burger, really nice house wine, superb service and unbelievable good ambience, all at a very good price this is the place for you! It's by the river so has a splendid view as well. What's not to like.. I went there 3 times in two days!

Amazing place with an awesome ambiance and team. Great food, cocktails and company.

Chose your time wisely! If it looks busy, come back later, because the food is worth it.
If the place looks quiet, settle down and enjoy the tostadas, the soup or the salads, all really great and filling.
Staff speaks English and Portuguese and are very nice.

First time visiting this restaurant. Will definitely be back and recommend.

We’ve visited this place a couple of times now.
We’ve always sat outside but the inside looks oldy worldy, medieval castle sort of decor, cool too.
Plenty of seating outside where you sit & chat comfortably. They have a slight spray irrigation system incorporated in the parasols, that sprays water intermittently, to keep you cool, a great idea.
Only had drinks here but they do serve food.
The service is very good, it can get busy.

Always a great spot in Silves to pass some time with a drink and good food.

Somehow different - Restaurant - Tapas Bar - Cafe - Cocktailbar.... NICE ! Inside to nicely relax with a cocktail, outside (shaded) to have some small dishes, very good Galao (white coffee) or any other drink. Sometimes (in the past at least) live music. A place to feel comfortable. Good price/performance ratio.

The location on the front of Silves has excellent views. Good parking nearby. Family business with friendly staff and good service. I've not eaten here but I am told that the food is good. Never heard a bad word in the 5 years I've been drinking here.

Fantastic cocktails and great service. Some quirky toilet fittings. Definitely pop in if you’re in the area.
