We tried the medium hot souse and it was delicious.
They are very welcoming with smile and the food gets ready fast.

Came for the francesinha after recommendation from a colleague. It’s the first I’ve had but it seemed well balanced and not too intense. Spicy option was the better of the two! Chips are just frozen chips and left a little to be desired.

Staff were friendly and accommodating despite queue outside.

Yes, food is good, portion is nice (fries are a bit lame), price is fair. Paid 13.5€ for a Francesinha with a beer. I like the spicy sauce, the waitress comes around and asks if you want more.

Authentic place to enjoy the local, and probably best Francesinha in Porto. Friendly service, they speak English. Portions are very generous and the food is delicious.

Very good francesinha and fries. Only 9 euros and they will cut into half for u and partner if you are not super hungry.

The lady was very polite. It is really satisfying, I definitely recommend you to try it. We paid 12€ per person for francesinha+ fries+beer. The toast includes ham, linguica, sausage and roast meat💖

They only do Francesinha and it might be the best one in the city. You can choose to have the sauce as spicy or not, and can add fries. I do think their fries could be improved though.

Had a francesinha here based on all the rave reviews, it was great. It is off the beaten tourist path and full of locals. Very friendly service.

The best francesinha in the world you can find here. It's a very atmospheric restaurant. Many obrigado the lady and her husband for the value and love they invested to this place. Totally recommend👍

The francesinha is amazing, with spicy sauce that actually does have a little heat to it and delicious sausage and cheese.

Absolutely delicious. The lady was very helpful and spoke English. This meal went down a treat, washed down with a refreshing Bohemia. Note, cash only. Not an issue for me as it was nice to get some change.

The food was magnificent as well as the lady who served us is really kind and attentive.
I recommend to arrive early, around 12.20 the place was almost empty, but at 13.00 there were no free places anymore.
We paid 27 € for two Francesinhas two fries and two Colas - which I consider as fair price.

They only make francesinhas. The meal was delicious, bier was fine and waitress was very nice. We paid only 15€ for what you see on the table (one portion of francesinha shared).

Great Francesinha, super nice waitress.. You can see they doing what they like for the long time (there are pictures on the wall from the past).. Bring cash, they do not accept cards :)

Very cozy place with enough space for small groups; simple decoration; staff is really nice. The food - Francesinha - was delicious; got to try the spicy sauce as well and it was spot on (I'm weak but even so). Highly recommended.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is full of costomers and they serve tasty Francesinhas! Apart from that only one other then Francesinha dish.

So delicious -- this place is famous for a reason! One francescina and an order of fries is plenty of food for two.
