Alentejo Marmòris Hotel & SPA

The hotel is generally of a high standard and in a good location for exploring the town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was very good and breakfast which was included was also well received. Staff were helpful. We were pleased that we had chosen the hotel to stay for our visit .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alentejo Hotel, and I must say, everything was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, and on-site dining options, were all top-notch, offering a wide range of choices and ensuring a memorable stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were all first class and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We stayed three nights at this hotel and didn't want to leave. We can't say enough about how outstanding the customer service was on every level, from the moment we arrived until we checked out (with a special thanks to Luis D.!). The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We would also highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant as the food was outstanding- try the lamb! Vila Vicosa is a unique and beautiful place. Treat yourself and stay here when you visit the region.

Fantastic Hotel. We recently stayed there in Vila Vicosa and will be going back in the near future. The entire hotel is spotless and the staff is from the housekeeping team to the front desk are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel floors are the most beautiful marble and marble inlays.

The hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. Both the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The staff was great. Incredibly Polite and efficient. The breakfast buffet was the best we had eaten in the entire country. We can’t wait to return.

Best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Really care about their guests. Went above and beyond expectations. Restaurant is incredible with bonus courses. It’s pricey but we had to eat there to be good guests. Everyone made us feel so special!

An amazing hotel, with great service, staff set in a very nice town. The spa is just wonderful and the indoor outdoor pool area is very nice. The hotel is full of the local marble which makes it quirky and unique. The bedroom was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was huge.

Super attentive staff and a very pleasant hotel, very well located in the center of the city. The rooms and bathroom are big, clean and well equipped (not sure about the tv on the mirror). The spa area is very good, the hot tanks were a great discovery. The indoor pool has beautiful blue and gold tiles that just adds to an overall great experience.
