It's been a very nice experience, she treated Maggie in such a good manners that all her fear disappeared all at once.
After checking Maggie she prescribed me the right cure that allowed her to feel better very quickly

For a few weeks our 17-year-old cat has been treated by the medical team of the Sudoeste Clinic. The reason for the first visit was epileptic seizures. Further diagnosis showed that he was suffering from kidney weakness, anemia and arthritis; a diseased tooth had to be removed also, which was associated with a very high risk given the cat's age.
Our cat is now doing much better! The doctors are very experienced and professional, and furthermore, they are very caring with the cat. They are supported by a friendly and helpful team. The clinic is very well organized, there is hardly any waiting time.
At Sudoeste Clinic animals are in the best hands in case of any diseases.

From reception to seeing Dr Carine, an amazing experience for my pup and I! They were amazing with the dog, super professional and incredibly informative. Definitely will be my holiday vet away from home! Thank you for the kind help and service! FJR

The service is excellent. They really looked after my little dog. She got the best attention and care that anyone would want for the family member that cannot talk....

Update: We are now regulars at the vet because we adopted (another) abandoned dog with issues. He's a Podengo and a little wild so he's had some challenges. Every single time we have received excellent medical care as well as fabulous support with a very caring bedside manner. We are soooo grateful for the professional care and advice we receive from all of the staff. They are truly excellent! Highly recommend.

July 2019: Today I visited because my dogs had ticks in their ears. Other veterinarians have physically removed ticks and they've always gotten more ticks so we go back often. Joana offered a medicine that kills the ticks and prevents them in the future. This morning they had 6 ticks. This afternoon they have 0. Thank you so much Joana!

The best! Such kind caring animal loving people. I have two rescue girls one of which has lashmenia and in this surgery they have an in-house specialist which is really helpful. They been vaccinated here, have their nails clipped, de warmed etc. They speak english and wants best for the pets I can highly recommend.

Travelling through Portugal in our van from the UK our dog got a nasty splinter in her paw which started to get infected. The vet here could not have been more compassionate and helpful. We had to go back a couple of times to ensure a full recovery and each time the level of care was excellent. Spoke fluent English which in a situation like this really helped us out. Also ordered us another bag of our dogs food. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place!! These ladies go above and beyond and are the kindest. Our little pup wasn't acting right so we brought her in. They did more than I could've imagined for us. They even helped us with the necessary paperwork to fly her home. I couldn't recommend this place more.

The loveliest vet you could ever meet, both for my dog & me, perfect English for those of us who’s Portuguese is lacking. I had Milu, chipped, vaccinated & got his passport here, appointments were easy to arrange with the sweet receptionist. Ana couldn’t have been more helpful or thoughtful & I highly recommend her to anyone.

We recommend Doctor Carine. She will look after you well and make sure your precious ones are well cared for.

Hoy estuvimos en la clínica porque nuestra perra se golpeó con la oreja en una mesa y se le acumuló mucho líquido y sangre. Nos atendieron sin cita. La veterinaria diagnosticó perfectamente y extrajo los líquidos de la oreja. Una atención exquisita y mucho cariño con la perra. Detectó que tenía mucha cera en los oidos y los limpió. Recetó la medicación y el precio que nos cobró fue razonable. Grandes profesionales.

Valter es, además de encantador, un excelente profesional. Nos atendió sin tener cita previa, nos tranquilizó en todo momento. Nos explico todo a la perfección y no realizo pruebas innecesarias como lamentablemente se hace en muchos centros, para descartar cosas que, si eres buen profesional, descartas sin necesidad de ellas. Estamos súper agradecidos y nos ha salvado el viaje con Argán, nuestro cachorro que tenía una gastritis. Aquí está tres dias después de ver al doctor. ¡Gracias!
