Amazing and really experienced SUP instructor, thanks to António for the wonderful tour. António responses quickly on request and makes also individual tours and training lessons possible all the year.
And if you want to know something about the river Mira, tides, fish and the nature in the area, he is the right guide to do SUP safely and learn about the surrounding nature.
Keep going, and we are looking forward to some technique lessons and later on going into the waves

One of the MUST do when you are at Vila Nova Milfontes an SUP tour on Mira river and I definitely would recommend to do this with these guys. Antonio and David were such nice and friendly people.
And I had like a private tour, lucky me. It was very fun and I had a really good time.

Had a great SUP lesson in the bay/river and a taste at sea (!) with Antonio. Also enjoyed a 2 hour tour up the Mira river. Antonio gives clear instructions, good tips and is fun and easy going. Loved it!

I just had an amazing SUP lesson at Milfontes SUP school. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure. The equipment was top quality and ready to use what I arrived. My instructor Ana was really a superstar. Her enthusiasm for SUP was contagious. Not only was she very knowledgeable about SUP but the 1 hour we spent on the water flew by because she is a very kind person. Ana especially taught me better technique and balance so I could paddle faster. I highly recommend the SUP school in Milfontes (and especially Ana). It's a great way to enjoy the beautiful Portuguese coast, be active and learn something new. A must do if you are in Milfontes!

Not only a patient teacher but also extremely knowledgeable. He showed me some advance turns that I actually still use. The equipment is good and a paddle up the river is a great and calming experience.

Awesome place, we hired them for 2 hours €25 each... here you paddle from the beach down the river so it’s very calm and perfect if you haven’t done it before (like us) rather than going straight into the sea!

It is a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it. Antonio is a great teacher and the groups are good fun.

I had a fantastic first experience paddling at the SW SUP Paddle School. I spoke to Antonio on the phone prior to arriving and he confirmed the address and lesson time via Whatsapp. Antonio was a great teacher, and made the experience very easy for my husband and I. He also took pictures and a video of us which he sent via Whatsapp.

Parking in the area is free and also very easy. The only thing to note is SW SUP don't take card payments, but they were very easygoing and allowed us to withdraw cash nearby. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience doing the 2h tour in Rio Mira. António is very friendly and teached us the SUP technique. The scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy every moment of the way. Would do it again!

A perfect spot and conditions for stand-up paddle. I had a tour with Antonio and he showed me techniques to improve my paddling technique and feel more secure on the board. Highly recommended experience!!!

António was really nice and told us about everything we saw ! He was really pedagogical for our first time and we didn't fall !
